Hoffman installed a new a/c system last May. We just called and had them come out to perform routine maintenance. They were great during installation and the technician that performed our maintenance today was very professional as well as personable.

The technicians we're on time, professional, friendly, and informative during the whole installation. Very happy with their service! Our new system looks great, they took all the old components with them, and you'd never know they were there apart from the components. I'd happily recommend them!
Over the past year, I have had Hoffman Electrical & Air Conditioning come to my home for several different matters. Each time the technicians were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always did what they needed to do to get the job done properly, even going over and above expectations.

We need both ac unit and air handler replacement. They took adequate time, and explained all of my questions to my satisfaction. It could have been a nightmare, instead it was smooth and professional. Great work!!!

I must say the team of approx 4 was very professional and friendly from the moment they arrived. They wore booties, changed and replaced as needed, cleaned up all of their belongings, including wires, old unit, etc. Arrived before 9 am and completed entire job installing new a/c by 3:30 pm. I would definitely recommend this this company.
Had this company replace HVAC and electrical panel. They scheduled both for one day...both electrical and HVAC teams were excellent, on time got the job done and cleaned up. KUDOS they really impressed this hard nose New Yorker.

We bought a new A/C unit from Hoffman JUST over a year ago. It was "inspected" by Hoffman maybe a little over a month ago. Water is leaking THRU my ceiling and pooling on the floor.
