They replaced my 80 year old moms AC unit and put a $9,500 RUUD 2 ton heat pump and 2 ton heat pump condenser on her tiny 1200 sq. foot home. (it may be smaller) I feel it was overkill and they could have used a less expensive replacement for half the price. They didnt give any other options. Feel they took advantage of her.
