Holly is a total badass! It’s no wonder she was voted Sonoma County’s top photographer! From the moment I arrived, she was so warm, friendly, and outgoing. She immediately made me feel welcome and at ease, and I knew I was in great hands. She was such an incredible teammate and collaborator. She even gave me an extra roll of film so I could keep capturing moments after my coverage ended. I genuinely didn’t want to leave, haha! As someone whose style is very candid and documentary-driven, I really appreciated how much Holly respected that approach. She allowed moments to unfold naturally without forcing anything, and we worked together so seamlessly. She has such an incredible eye and captured the most stunning photos! She also knew all the best spots around Sea Ranch Lodge. It honestly felt like we had our own private tour guide! Her professionalism, creativity, and genuine kindness made the entire experience so special. Holly is not only an incredibly talented photographer but also someone who makes everyone around her feel comfortable and taken care of. I’m a Sonoma County photographer and I recently worked with Holly as her second shooter for a gorgeous wedding on the coast. It was such a fun experience! I honestly don’t second shoot that often, but I’m so glad I was given the opportunity to work with Holly. My first impression of working with her is that she’s on top of her game! She’s super organized and very helpful. During the wedding, I was really impressed by her knowledge, creativity and just overall kindness with myself and with wedding guests. She’s incredibly genuine and SUPER hard working! After the wedding, she offered to sit down with me not only to get to know me a little better, but to even “geek out” about gear and photography. I love that! I also saw a preview of the images she edited and they are GORGEOUS! I’m looking forward to learning from her more because she’s amazing at what she does. Holly was everything we could have ever asked for in a wedding photographer—and more! She truly checked ALL the boxes. Professional & communicative: Holly was incredibly responsive from start to finish. She answered emails and questions quickly, was clear and transparent in all of her communication, showed up early, stayed late, and even exceeded her promised turnaround time. We felt completely taken care of throughout the entire process. Personality: Let’s face it—aside from your spouse, your photographer is probably the person you spend the most time with on your wedding day, and Holly was a TOTAL joy to be around. She brought so much energy and fun, but also knew exactly how to read the room and bring a sense of calm when we were feeling overwhelmed. She made us feel incredibly at ease, helped us find and enjoy the little moments, and somehow guided us without ever making us feel posed or like we weren’t being ourselves. Talent: Our photos are GORGEOUS. We truly could not be more thrilled. They far exceeded our expectations and genuinely feel like works of art. She captured not just what our wedding looked like, but what it felt like—and went above and beyond in every possible way. Holly also sent us an incredibly extensive sneak peek gallery within just a few days! We had a small wedding, so I don’t know if this turnaround is typical, but we have friends who were married months ago and are still waiting for their galleries. We had our entire gallery wrapped up and delivered within 30 days, which was amazing. And finally, Holly was wonderfully LGBTQ+ friendly, inclusive, and affirming. We felt completely comfortable with her, and she was warm and welcoming to every single guest at our wedding. Do yourself a favor and BOOK HER. You will not be sorry. We would choose Holly again a thousand times over.
