Eric Reyes is always a great person. Gets here when he says he going to be here and takes care of the job. Very professional and nice guy! Very easy to work with and takes care of your concerns.
Joseph did a terrific job taking care of the copperhead snake 🐍 and putting extra glue traps 🪤 and steel wool around garage door cracks. They also destroyed a wasp 🐝 nest on the fence line. Plus they did their usual fine work with pest control. Tx animal control called during their time here and approved of…

My pest control technician Noe Morales did a fantastic job! He was very thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve been unhappy with their service because the last few technicians have not done their job and I complained. So they sent me Jarvis Berry. EXCELLENT service. I am keeping their service,

Home Team pest control makes me feel so good about our yard and house. No one wants bugs and I am sure we don’t have any!
We have used them for over 7 years and are very happy with their service and attention to detail.
I don't really write online reviews unless it's from a negative experience. However, HomeTeam Pest Defense are worthed. They are responsive, inexpensive, easy to work with, and my technician is the BEST! Whatever I bring up (lizards coming in the house) he tries to provide a solution. I'll be using them until I move from the state.
I've tried other pest control companies as well as just spraying around the house myself, and HomeTeam Pest Defense has been by far the best option. They are courteous, professional, responsive, and effective. I've had other companies that do "more" in terms of the details of treatment, like spreading the lawn…

We love how responsive the Hometeam team is. If we ever have a specific issue to be addressed, they are super reactive. Chris, the tech that came out, was very professional and personable. He explained the services that he was to provide as well as answered questions. My husband and I are happy with the service he provided.
The first service was done on time...... The second scheduled service has been rescheduled 2 times and no one has called or shown up to perform the service even after we were assured they would show up. I will be sending a letter of cancellation for the WORST SERVICE ever.
Exterminator’s communication before and during the process was excellent. He was on time, thorough with the inspection and service, and completed the work in a timely manner. I’m a satisfied customer and will continue to use this service.

Very good service overall. Looking forward to see if it will reduce and/or eliminate pests in/around the house. The website says they will knock down wasps nests as well, in my case though that did not happen. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Still pleased with the service thus far.
Great service fast and punctual
Very friendly and knowledgeable service technician. He explained all aspects of the treatment as well as cost
HomeTeam is great. Quick and easy to schedule and they were on time which is always a plus.
On time and very helpful answering questions about the system.
The service was easy to set up and they seemed to know exactly what they were doing; the worker made it easy to do the spraying around the house. The only issue is that when I made the appointment, we agreed to a certain time because I was working and the worker showed up at 8am and was told he wasn’t told anything…
On time, lots of information shared.
