Dwayne, the salesperson, was awesome, but the scheduling department dropped the ball\. They never reached out to confirm anything, so I was the one constantly following up with them\. Great…

Always prompt and so professional. Could not be more pleased. Thanks for great service ever time.
Joseph did a terrific job taking care of the copperhead snake 🐍 and putting extra glue traps 🪤 and steel wool around garage door cracks. They also destroyed a wasp 🐝 nest on the fence line. Plus they did their usual fine work with pest control. Tx animal control called during their time here and approved of…

Freddy, you did it again! You are great! I'm always happy to see him as my representative when it’s time for my quarterly service. Freddy is always polite and he respects my home. He explains what service he will be performing and asked if I have any other concerns or questions. Very professional. Thank you Freddy 😊
Happy with the service. The technician was very polite and nice to talk to.
Attention to detail is a problem. The inspector needs to look around some and notice issues like ant beds or wasp nests.

I have been with this company for over 3 years. I called for fire ants in the backyard last week and was informed it was time for my quarterly service. I don't really write online reviews unless it's from a negative experience. However, HomeTeam Pest Defense are worthed. They are responsive, inexpensive, easy to work with, and my technician is the BEST! Whatever I bring up (lizards coming in the house) he tries to provide a solution. I'll be using them until I move from the state.
I've tried other pest control companies as well as just spraying around the house myself, and HomeTeam Pest Defense has been by far the best option. They are courteous, professional, responsive, and effective. I've had other companies that do "more" in terms of the details of treatment, like spreading the lawn…
