Been using Home Team since 2016, don’t remember how long Chase has been our guy, but he is great. Always checks to see if we are having problems and explains what he will be doing.
Chance is an amazing tech.
Technician did a excellent job
I am very pleased with the service and Chance
Coy has provided great service over the past few years. He is very reliable and also a nice guy.
I was pleasantly impressed with HomeTeam Pest Defense personal touch. The professionalism from setting up the appointment to the completion of the application was superb!!!
Standard pest control. Very polite and professional.
Very satisfied with work performed. I’m a 17 year customer. The few times I had issues with tiny critters, it was handled.
Robert has been servicing our home for a few years. He’s always on time, professional and very helpful. Thanks!!
This company has been great about keeping my house free of bad bugs and insects. And if I need an extra treatment between scheduled ones they will come out and give that area a treatment. Great to work with.
I have used this company for the last 9 years & have been satisfied due to their excellent service & professional work that they do.
I have been their customer for several years. Great service and professional technicians.
Had terrible pest come tell before calling home team. Home team did more work in one visit than my old pest co trip did all year. The tech was great and informative, found every ant bed, entry worm holes, and even put out bait tk catch any critters we didn’t j is about. I am 100% happy with choosing home team…
Home Team pest control makes me feel so good about our yard and house. No one wants bugs and I am sure we don’t have any!
No problems and services were just as expected.
Kevin Johnson was our service technician today. He did an excellent job. He was very polite and very thorough. We were totally impressed! Fantastic job!
I've tried other pest control companies as well as just spraying around the house myself, and HomeTeam Pest Defense has been by far the best option. They are courteous, professional, responsive, and effective. I've had other companies that do "more" in terms of the details of treatment, like spreading the lawn…
The tech assisted with removal of spider webs and addressed the fire ant issue in the yard and prevent the ants from getting into the house.
I like that I have the same person each time. Lalo does an amazing job and always is great work with!
Kevin was very detail oriented and thorough with his work.
I was billed without picking the service I wanted.
Reliable, courteous and professional
Service technician represents all of the above!
Service is excellent
Robert is professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He has helped me many times over the years.
I have been using Home Team since 2006 and I can't imagine not using them. My technicians have always been great, Joe my current technician is great. He is professional, courteous, sweet and has learned my bug fears.
It was the best that I have had since using your company. I had put the gate key under the mat because it takes a bit for me to get to the door. Left a note telling him where it was. He did not know that I was here. I watched from inside. He cleaned the webs down as well as the dirt doublers. He spent about 38…
Always provide excellent service. Thanks.
I’ve been a customer of Home Team Pest Defense for over 4 years! the service has ALWAYS been great! Juan, who services my home is impeccable! VERY professional and VERY knowledgable!!! Thank you Juan and HTPD for all that you do 😊
I was reviewing my invoice, all the service details showing in my invoice was not performed. I only saw the service person applying a liquid solution all around the house only.
We love home team! Joe is the best and always helps with anything we need. He is super polite and always is aware of what’s going on in our home. We recently had a baby and he texted before knocking as to not wake the baby! It’s these little details that make the difference!
Very responsive and helpful.
Very helpful. Listened to my concerns and responded. Thank you 😊
Chance is our technician and very good. He is always friendly and goes above and beyond
Did a great job. Very professional team. No more ants, spiders or wasps. Thanks!!!!!
Roderick is very professional and always answers my questions.
Unfortunately, they are not professional at all in their job.
HomeTeam Pest Defense - Monthly, Quarterly, Annually - PROFESSIONAL PEST CONTROL - indoors/outdoors. Since we built our home, still no pests! A few unpleasant humans but no insects or rodents!
They have done our pest spraying since we built our house 15 yrs ago. Very very satisfied with their service and quality care we receive with them. Always here and keeps us pest and rodent free.
I wasn't home this treatment but the hometeam technician always contacts me the day before and texts me when Im next. He always rings the doorbell and asks if there’s any new issue. He always through and efficient.
I'm satisfied with the service itself but I HATE, DETEST, ABHOR their billing policy. I have received auto charge bills what seems like as long as a week before the service was actually performed. The timing has improved with my last service. I am definitely not fond of being charged for something before I have received it.
They are great with responding and always available to help! Dominique the great!
Always courteous answer any and all questions
My service was great !
The technician was great and very detailed. Glad we decided to use this company due to the customer service in the field.
Very professional and were able to address all issues quickly
We started our quarterly service back up with HomeTeam Pest Defense. Eric was very responsive and the office staff are very helpful and professional. Kevin Johnson came out and performed a full, detailed and amazing initial service. He went above and beyond. I’m happy to be back with them. Fully recommend!
All was pleased with my service.
Chris was on time and answered all our question. He is very professional
Kevin was our tech and he did an excellent job. Very pleasant and professional. He took his time and addressed every concern (which was spiders) he knocked down all the spider webs and once he finished he explained everything he did. He is definitely an asset to this company. I rarely leave a review but this…
I previously had service with home team for over 10 years. During the pandemic due to financial restraints I had to cancel the service. In my new home I contacted home team to help with the ant and wasp problem we were noticing. They quickly added me into the schedule. The service was great. I wouldn't use any other pest defense service.
Christopher he is the best I would like for him to continue doing my home
The tech was very professional and very detailed. Service very smooth.
Great service!
Dominique with Home Team is great when he comes for the quarter service. Always professional, friendly and diligent. Would recommend Home Team as they have been servicing our home since 2008.
The technician Kevin Johnson was very professional and knowledgeable of the job, he did a great job with the treatment and I noticed dead incets the same Day of the application. A JOB WELL DONE KEVIN!

Overall great service, from scheduling call with James to the technician Kevin. Highly recommend their services and thank you for the wonderful and speedy service.
