I was reviewing my invoice, all the service details showing in my invoice was not performed. I only saw the service person applying a liquid solution all around the house only.
We love home team! Joe is the best and always helps with anything we need. He is super polite and always is aware of what’s going on in our home. We recently had a baby and he texted before knocking as to not wake the baby! It’s these little details that make the difference!

HomeTeam Pest Defense - Monthly, Quarterly, Annually - PROFESSIONAL PEST CONTROL - indoors/outdoors. Since we built our home, still no pests! A few unpleasant humans but no insects or rodents!
They have done our pest spraying since we built our house 15 yrs ago. Very very satisfied with their service and quality care we receive with them. Always here and keeps us pest and rodent free.
I wasn't home this treatment but the hometeam technician always contacts me the day before and texts me when Im next. He always rings the doorbell and asks if there’s any new issue. He always through and efficient.
I'm satisfied with the service itself but I HATE, DETEST, ABHOR their billing policy. I have received auto charge bills what seems like as long as a week before the service was actually performed. The timing has improved with my last service. I am definitely not fond of being charged for something before I have received it.

I previously had service with home team for over 10 years. During the pandemic due to financial restraints I had to cancel the service. In my new home I contacted home team to help with the ant and wasp problem we were noticing. They quickly added me into the schedule. The service was great. I wouldn't use any other pest defense service.
