Very professional and reliable
Very satisfied with work performed. I’m a 17 year customer. The few times I had issues with tiny critters, it was handled.
This company has been great about keeping my house free of bad bugs and insects. And if I need an extra treatment between scheduled ones they will come out and give that area a treatment. Great to work with.
Would have given a 5 but he showed up late but he was very professional and explained in detail everything he covered. Very proud of the service
They’re very consumer friendly!
Great Job, good price, great response.

This Team is excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and first class customer service.
I've tried other pest control companies as well as just spraying around the house myself, and HomeTeam Pest Defense has been by far the best option. They are courteous, professional, responsive, and effective. I've had other companies that do "more" in terms of the details of treatment, like spreading the lawn…
The tech assisted with removal of spider webs and addressed the fire ant issue in the yard and prevent the ants from getting into the house.
Addressed our ants thoroughly
The gentleman that comes out (I can’t think of his name) is always personable, responsive to my concerns and very customer service oriented. He is thorough and gives me great recaps on what was done. He is a great ambassador for the company.
very professional..quick response..will use this buisness again
I was billed without picking the service I wanted.

We love home team! Joe is the best and always helps with anything we need. He is super polite and always is aware of what’s going on in our home. We recently had a baby and he texted before knocking as to not wake the baby! It’s these little details that make the difference!
Very responsive and helpful.
Love Jerry! He is very thorough and personable.
We use Home Team Pest Defense at both of our houses in Argyle. They are professional and have the greatest customer service, Roderick is the BEST and my favorite technician!

Unfortunately, they are not professional at all in their job.
Jerry is a great technician! He is professional, and he takes the time to explain the treatments and ask if I am having any issues. I’ve had other companies complete their service without ever attempting to engage with me. I sincerely appreciate the personal touch!
They have done our pest spraying since we built our house 15 yrs ago. Very very satisfied with their service and quality care we receive with them. Always here and keeps us pest and rodent free.
We've been using HomeTeam since we moved into our new home five years ago. They have always provided professional and friendly service and responded promptly when we needed additional pest defense between regular quarterly treatments. We are pleased with HomeTeam pest service and would recommend them to other home owners.
We’ve been using HomeTeam since we moved into our house. There might be cheaper but there’s none better.
We have been using HomeTeam Pest Defense for over 10 Years and have had great service from them. Robert, their Technician is Outstanding and the Home Office resolves any questions or issues very quickly and professionally.

Chris was on time and answered all our question. He is very professional
Superior work and customer services! The best pest control services ever!
I previously had service with home team for over 10 years. During the pandemic due to financial restraints I had to cancel the service. In my new home I contacted home team to help with the ant and wasp problem we were noticing. They quickly added me into the schedule. The service was great. I wouldn't use any other pest defense service.
Kevin my tech did an amazing job of informing me where I could better protect my house from pests and he cleaned up all those pesky cobwebs!! Thank you!!
The tech was very professional and very detailed. Service very smooth.
Shawn was extremely nice and very thorough. Fast, clean and professional! Would recommend your service to all and already have done so. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
Dominique is exceptional. One of the primary reasons we stay with HomeTeam. If there are any issues outside of the quarterly treatments, I can depend on Dominique to get them taken care of within 2-3 days and at no charge. Exceptional service and a bug free home. Thanks!
The technician Kevin Johnson was very professional and knowledgeable of the job, he did a great job with the treatment and I noticed dead incets the same Day of the application. A JOB WELL DONE KEVIN!

Kevin our technician, was extremely professional and did a phenomenal job on my home. I can honestly say that Kevin did the best service we have ever had inside and outside of our home. If I could leave more than five stars, I totally would because he did an excellent job!!!!
Ryan was very personable and professional. He’s detail oriented and removed wasp nests that my last company totally overlooked. I definitely would recommend.
The service person was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and answered our questions.
Very professional and appreciated taking care of our us.
Very professional, took time to explain what they were treating and were also very respectful of our home. Polite and detail oriented.
Great service fast and punctual
Very friendly and knowledgeable service technician. He explained all aspects of the treatment as well as cost
The service was easy to set up and they seemed to know exactly what they were doing; the worker made it easy to do the spraying around the house. The only issue is that when I made the appointment, we agreed to a certain time because I was working and the worker showed up at 8am and was told he wasn’t told anything…
On time, lots of information shared.
I have bern using this service for 5 years. Excellent service. Excellent communication. Excellent customer service. Top notch company. Highest recommendation.
They were prompt, polite and did great work

Our technician was very professional and thorough. All of our issues were addressed and he also found a wasps nest that needed to be removed. I’m usually good about finding those pesky insects. Thanks Daryl!
Timely and professional
I live un Euless, Texas and I have had HomeTeam Pest Defense since 2019. They started out to be good but now I think their service is getting worse if not mediocre. I have an ant and wasp issues in at my home so I called over the week-end for a service. Since they don't work on week-ends, the call went to their…
Everything went great
Great service so far.
They were very professional, courteous and knew what they were doing.
Great customer service. The representative was on time courteous, knowledgeable and very professional.
I’ve used Home Defense for years. When I moved from Florida to Texas, they easily transferred my service and got my new home up and running. I’ve never lived in a rural area before and my Home Defense rep taught me the ins-and-outs and got our home bug free fast. I highly recommend.
Much better than Terminix!! Technician spent almost 40 minutes outside in the 98 degrees killing my ants and wasps. He came inside to spray down the house. Happy to pay the extra $10 to get better service and protection.
HomeTeam did a wonderful job! They gave me a short time window and showed up right when they said they would (unheard of nowadays) Eric went above and beyond to take care of the bug issues we were dealing with and even left us some extra things to keep bugs away. Couldn't recommend HomeTeam enough!
Daryl was our technician and he was awesome! Super professional and knowledgeable - arrived when he said he would and very conscientious! Even after he left he ensured that the gates were closed so our dog wouldn’t get out - I hope he’s our regular tech!
Professional, timely, and thorough
Very professional service
I used HomeTeam Pest Defense for years in Houston and had a wonderful and very thorough technician named Matthew. I was hoping to receive the same level of care now that I live in Krum and was not disappointed. Rob and Darryl were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and careful. I am happy to know that there are…
I really like using HomeTeam their team is alway courteous, helpful and responsive.
I look forward to when he comes back for the ants I also want to do Mosquitoes
HomeTeam Pest Defense did a thorough job explaining their package and how their product/service is effective. I also appreciated how their pay structure is per visit opposed to monthly (I'm assuming there'll be many months when I won't call).
Cooper did a very thorough job inside and out. When he was finished he explained everything to me. I’m pleased with their service so far
Happy with the service however, the technician left both my back gates open after he left and my dogs got loose later that night. He knew I had dogs because he came inside the house and I had to lock them up. Just seems like it would be a good customer service move and respectable to the family to close the gates after you open them.
Prompt service. Friendly staff.
Lalo has been my service technician since 2009 and he does a wonderful job. He always gives me a heads up a day prior to our service visit so that I can unlock the gate and he always checks in advance to see if we have any new concerns. If there are ever any new issues between services such as ants, wasps, spiders,…
Very Professional and did a wonderful job. Very glad I switched
Great service and very respectful with time. Happy to have gone back after going to a company that was cheaper but it showed.
Rob was super kind, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! So glad we used Home Team!
Excellent Tech. I was expecting Termite inspection and treatment. Didn’t get it.
Great service. Polite and detailed.
Excellent service from Cory.
The Home Team company technician Dorian, was very knowledgable of pest prevention and rodent behavior. He was well equipped to perform his job and, spent the time needed to "take care of business". I would recommend HomeTeam pest services .
Very professional and quality service. Seeing improvements already only a few days after treatment.
The technician arrived on time and performed the requested services. A determination of the effectiveness of the treatment will have to come later.
Great and professional service. Thank you very much to all the staff!
Experience was good this visit. He was very nice and thorough.
