I’ve used Home Defense for years. When I moved from Florida to Texas, they easily transferred my service and got my new home up and running. I’ve never lived in a rural area before and my Home Defense rep taught me the ins-and-outs and got our home bug free fast. I highly recommend.
Much better than Terminix!! Technician spent almost 40 minutes outside in the 98 degrees killing my ants and wasps. He came inside to spray down the house. Happy to pay the extra $10 to get better service and protection.
HomeTeam did a wonderful job! They gave me a short time window and showed up right when they said they would (unheard of nowadays) Eric went above and beyond to take care of the bug issues we were dealing with and even left us some extra things to keep bugs away. Couldn't recommend HomeTeam enough!
Daryl was our technician and he was awesome! Super professional and knowledgeable - arrived when he said he would and very conscientious! Even after he left he ensured that the gates were closed so our dog wouldn’t get out - I hope he’s our regular tech!

Cons: the price is higher than the competitors due to its Taexx system which adds pesticide inside the wall using tubes.
