Erick just came and did a treatment at my home and he is amazing. My home owners Facebook page talks about him and how good of a job he does.

Joseph made me aware of what he would be doing. He asked if I had any problems. He was very courteous. I don’t see bugs in my house so I’m happy.
Been using HomeTeam since buying my house in 2022. I’m on the quarterly plan and have very few to no insect issues inside my house. The entire team is very professional and quick to respond if issues arise. 10/10 recommend Freddy is the BEST! Very professional and throughly treats and cleans around my home.
The technician who completed our services was very kind and professional. He came to the door before leaving to make sure I had no questions or concerns.

Home Team Pest Defence representative Dominique came to do our quarterly service and ant control yesterday. As ever he was thorough and did all points he could access. Dominique is very friendly and helpful and a great ambassador for this company.
Chance is an amazing tech.
I love HomeTeam Pest Defense. They are accommodating and vested in keeping my home pest free. Thank you for addressing my concerns.
Great customer service
Eric Reyes did an EXCELLENT job tor us.
I’ve been with Home Team since 2006. I have tried another company and they couldn’t stand up to the exemplary service Home Team provides. From the tubes in the wall from the exterior, yard, weep holes, rodent box, A+. The guy that services my home is knowledgeable and always provides A++ service. He explains about…
Martin was very thorough and efficient Fully and clearly communicated the results of his visit
I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Freddy is incredibly punctual, always arriving exactly when he says he will, which is a rare quality these days. He’s also very communicative, keeping me updated throughout the process and answering any questions I had. Freddy takes the time to thoroughly assess the…
Great Job, good price, great response.
We have used them for over 7 years and are very happy with their service and attention to detail.
This Team is excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and first class customer service.
The tech assisted with removal of spider webs and addressed the fire ant issue in the yard and prevent the ants from getting into the house.
The gentleman that comes out (I can’t think of his name) is always personable, responsive to my concerns and very customer service oriented. He is thorough and gives me great recaps on what was done. He is a great ambassador for the company.
Home Team has been consistently excellent. Always friendly and professional, as well as effective!
Have been using this company for 7 years. Always responsive to any needs. Keeps pest away!
We love home team! Joe is the best and always helps with anything we need. He is super polite and always is aware of what’s going on in our home. We recently had a baby and he texted before knocking as to not wake the baby! It’s these little details that make the difference!
We use Home Team Pest Defense at both of our houses in Argyle. They are professional and have the greatest customer service, Roderick is the BEST and my favorite technician!
They have done our pest spraying since we built our house 15 yrs ago. Very very satisfied with their service and quality care we receive with them. Always here and keeps us pest and rodent free.
This is the best pest control company I have ever employed, all because of our service technician. He is a true professional, taking care to efficiently complete everything required on every visit. Cannot recommend him or Home Team high enough!

Received great service!
Was very knowledgeable
Kevin, the Representative demonstrated a very professional and courteous disposition. He was very concern about our issue(s). Kevin is a keeper in your company. Thank you, Mr. Cothron
Great explanation and quick with spraying
Very professional, took time to explain what they were treating and were also very respectful of our home. Polite and detail oriented.
We still have rodents and I’m so tired of it but I’m being patient.
Dave and Rob were both professional, prompt, responsive, and thorough in their interactions with us, as new customers. Whenever we had a question, they addressed it immediately. We highly recommend their pest control services!
Very thorough and professional.
Great service and knowledgeable.
Great service so far.
They were very professional, courteous and knew what they were doing.
I’ve used Home Defense for years. When I moved from Florida to Texas, they easily transferred my service and got my new home up and running. I’ve never lived in a rural area before and my Home Defense rep taught me the ins-and-outs and got our home bug free fast. I highly recommend.
Much better than Terminix!! Technician spent almost 40 minutes outside in the 98 degrees killing my ants and wasps. He came inside to spray down the house. Happy to pay the extra $10 to get better service and protection.
HomeTeam did a wonderful job! They gave me a short time window and showed up right when they said they would (unheard of nowadays) Eric went above and beyond to take care of the bug issues we were dealing with and even left us some extra things to keep bugs away. Couldn't recommend HomeTeam enough!
Daryl was our technician and he was awesome! Super professional and knowledgeable - arrived when he said he would and very conscientious! Even after he left he ensured that the gates were closed so our dog wouldn’t get out - I hope he’s our regular tech!
Great service provided by HomeTeam Pest Defense! And having Rob as the responsible for that made me feel secure due to his knowledge and approach. Definitely I recommend Rob to do the job. Cons: the price is higher than the competitors due to its Taexx system which adds pesticide inside the wall using tubes.
Robert did a good job. He sprayed the perimeter of the house as well as the nooks and crannies of the insides of the house.
I used HomeTeam Pest Defense for years in Houston and had a wonderful and very thorough technician named Matthew. I was hoping to receive the same level of care now that I live in Krum and was not disappointed. Rob and Darryl were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and careful. I am happy to know that there are…
I really like using HomeTeam their team is alway courteous, helpful and responsive.
Both the sales and the service people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I am confident this company is a good choice for pest control.
HomeTeam Pest Defense did a thorough job explaining their package and how their product/service is effective. I also appreciated how their pay structure is per visit opposed to monthly (I'm assuming there'll be many months when I won't call).
Cooper did a very thorough job inside and out. When he was finished he explained everything to me. I’m pleased with their service so far
The technician did a thorough inspection before spraying. He did a very good job
Aerial and team were very responsive and made sure we were able to start our service prior to us moving into our new home. They did a great job and we look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future!
Happy with the service however, the technician left both my back gates open after he left and my dogs got loose later that night. He knew I had dogs because he came inside the house and I had to lock them up. Just seems like it would be a good customer service move and respectable to the family to close the gates after you open them.
Prompt service. Friendly staff.
Jerry was our technician. He was polite, prompt and explained things well. Very courteous of our new construction home to ensure he didn’t track anything inside. Happy to continue service with them.
The Job was done well.
Lalo has been my service technician since 2009 and he does a wonderful job. He always gives me a heads up a day prior to our service visit so that I can unlock the gate and he always checks in advance to see if we have any new concerns. If there are ever any new issues between services such as ants, wasps, spiders,…
Excellent Tech. I was expecting Termite inspection and treatment. Didn’t get it.
The service guy was very knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated his work .
I was impressed
Great service. Polite and detailed.
The Home Team company technician Dorian, was very knowledgable of pest prevention and rodent behavior. He was well equipped to perform his job and, spent the time needed to "take care of business". I would recommend HomeTeam pest services .
