The technician, Zach,was not only extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of bugs. He really took the time to spray, put down different types of pellets, etc. The people that came here from my previous company were here treating and gone before I could turn around. Not so with Zach. I was thoroughly satisfied with my service.
The man that came was very good. He checked all the stations found an active one. He explained everything to me and was very professional. We’ve used Home Team since we built our home 8+years ago. They are reliable, on time, professional, communicate well and we’ve had no pest issues because of their service.
The only issue I have is they are supposed to notify me 1 week ahead via email, to advise me of a scheduled service and that is not happening.

The tech didn’t even spray my house. He sprayed my neighbors house and left the bill on their door. My address is clearly displayed on my house and on my mailbox which is the only mailbox in front of my house. Now I have to call to get the service redone, make sure I’m home so they don’t get lost, and still pay for the inconvenience.
