Update 10/28/25 ~ It’s been over 2 years since my last review & it still remains 5 Stars! Qiante is the best!! He takes the time to go over the entire outside & makes a point to ask if there’s any areas to look at or of concern. —————————————————————————— We have used HomeTeam since we built our house. I love the…

Home team is the best!
I've been with HomeTeam going on three years. I've had great service. If Ihad any questions or request, I've had timely and professional responses. The technician that services my home is excellent!
So courteous and professional.
Was very thorough in the services being provided and took time to answer all questions and concerns and explained what to expect in the following visits.
Very nice exterminator, found and treated 3 ant colonies, sprayed inside the house and charged the system inside the walls. Very good service.
Always very professional and kind at every visit! Q came out yesterday and was so friendly and knowledgeable! We rarely have problems with bugs and in the rare case we do, they’ve promptly come out and taken care of it between sprays quickly! We will continue to use them!
Had a very good experience with Joe and Jason. Joe did a great job explaining the process. He offered treatment recommendations but gave me other options as well. Jason did a fantastic job of treating my home. He was both thorough and professional. Both men were friendly, respectful toward my property and used protective coverings over their shoes inside.
Very professional and was willing to work with us about trap placement. We have been in our New Build House for about 2 months and we had a bad issue with ants all over house. Since the treatment we have not seen a single ant in the whole house.
Carlos came to our house today and his service was exemplary! Not only he explained everything in layman’s terms, but he was very thorough in his work! And left us feeling more comfortable and pleased with the service he provided!
Great service! From the first phone call to the tech coming out was great! Great company!! Dihn explained everything well and was very nice! The technician Javier was so friendly and did a great job with the treatment.
Everything looked very well applied and professional. I liked the service
We have always had good experiences with home team. They are extremely attentive on time and reliable. We have never had any issues with bugs, and since we have been using them. They also have the Taexx refilling system for our Ann, home, and wall, pest control system. Nothing but good things to say.
Never had a problem in the last 2 and a half years great service. always punctual and easy to get ahold of if I need to reschedule a service. They always do a great job.
HomeTeam does a very good job communicating about scheduled service. I am setup to receive service on a quarterly basis and they have shown up every time and completed the work thoroughly.
Whenever we have an issue of pest activity, I simply log into the portal online -- or call them -- and they came out right away to take care of it. They take care of two properties for us. They perform regular maintenance, and we usually opt to have them provide termite services. They are professional and courteous,…
I’ve had a great experience with HomeTeam! I had them at my last house and after I moved they were able to keep the service for my new house. Javier was great and got rid of all the black widow spiders I had on the outside of my house and was very polite and personable.
The technician was very thorough and professional in treating our yard and around the house. He explained what problems he found while doing so, the location of the various pests, and took care of them for us.
Erik from HomeTeam Pest Defense came out to our home for our initial treatment. Erik was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient answering all my questions. Erik explained the entire process and treatment plans moving forward. Definitely recommend their service.
Great service! I left them for another company for a year and went back to them as soon as my contract expired!
Jesus was a wonderful tech. He was very professional and detailed with information about what he was doing and what would happen after the process. I waited a week to send a review to see the results and I am VERY IMPRESSED.
Jesus went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the service. He was punctual, thorough, and very easy to work with.
I’ve been very impressed with HomeTeam Pest Defense. Dinh was so courteous when he called to set up our initial account. Carlos was our tech that came out and he was great - professional, on-time, respectful, and had a great sense of humor! Absolutely recommend them and grateful to have them caring for our home.
Good knowledge. Cautious. Kind and respectful. Did a great job with clearing bugs/nests/webs. Covered all areas inside that were needed. Informative on care/protection for kids and animals.
Excellent experience with Eric for our initial new home pest treatment. He was highly knowledgeable on the various bug species on the property and helped to provide necessary preventative treatments. It has been immediately noteable in the reduction of crickets and grasshoppers around the house.

HomeTec has great communication. My questions were promptly answered no matter if it was a weekend or in the evening. The service rate is very reasonable. They are very tentative to your service needs. I received a phone call in regards to my appointment. I highly recommend HomeTec. Not only was my service needs met…
The technician, Carl, was courteous and kept me briefed vis phone during the first visit. He also was accommodating with my wife's insect concerns and treated the inside of the home to her satisfaction.
Timely professional service. Just had a problem with the form on line.
I had a big ant problem and called them in a panic. They came out fast and they were so NICE and professional when they came over. I got the quarterly plan because of their excellent service!
I was scheduled for an early morning appointment but by noon I had to call them to make sure I was still on their schedule. This is after they called me the day before to make sure I was aware of my early appointment. Go figure.
My technician did a very good job. I am satisfied with the service that he completed at my home.
Tyler the service tech was timely & professional and very kind explaining what he was doing and where. Followed up before leaving to see if we had any concerns. Love that this vendor wears cloth booties over their boots! Would highly recommend this service provider. Salesman Zach was equally amazing. Not pushy and…
The guy who helped us was really sweet and got rid of our ants quickly!
Jamie was my technician. He took plenty of time to answer my questions and explain what his plan of action was and how the products work. He walked around the house and showed me different things to be mindful of and pointed out simple tips I could do on my own. I had a few specific concerns, so Jamie came inside…
This is a great service. The salesperson was an excellent communicator and was not a pushy salesperson. Also the service was excellent when they came to my home. Quick and painless but very thorough. Also a fair price in comparison to similar services.
My service guy was very educated and professional yet personable. I highly recommend HomeTeam Pest Defense.
Our guy Catlos was great! On time. Thorough. Professional. Attentive and informative. Highly recommended!
Carlos was so professional. Explained the service and what he would be doing. Very helpful and he did a great job.
Travis and Eric were awesome! Went above and beyond with my initial service. Very knowledgeable and professional indeed. Efficient and effective at what they do! I only wish I had called this company sooner!! Never going back to the “big box” pest control companies.
Eric answered all of my questions and addressed each of my concerns.
Full explanation and very professional. Actually came early to appointment.
HomeTeam is always there when we need them. Always on time and professional! I’ve used them for years and we have no complaints! They treat you like family!
I asked the technician about mosquito services and told me that they were not available. I've been bitten over 15 on my hands, legs, and face. I'm spraying off on the walls trying to get rid of the mosquitoes inside my newly built home. I have asthma and I have had to use my inhaler more because of inhaling the fumes.
Great Service. Would use again.
Very friendly and thorough! Would recommend!

Travis and Rudy were great and they were both very personable. I randomly got a hold of them while they were out servicing other homes in my neighborhood and they added me to their list with no problem. I started seeing results immediately the next day. I highly recommend Travis and this company.
Exceeded all expectations by far. I did not expect him to actually clean the outside of my house. I didn't even recognize my back porch is was so clean. For years I've fought the mess bugs make. Especially all the webbing. Hoses and brooms could never get the job done. Now, it looks like we just moved in. Absolutely…
Mike and his team are awesome! Moved into a new home and they were quick to get me on the schedule for pest control services. Technician Carlos was prompt and dod a great job explaining what he would be doing. Highly recommend.

Wayne was an amazing worker, very polite with my children and pets and very knowledgeable with measures we can take to help keep the problem under control.
Professional. State of the art pest control, cutting edge. Everyone who works here is courteous and provides thorough details about services performed!
They were the people partnered with our home builder which is how I heard of them. It's easy enough to knock down the wasp nest typically, so was on the edge about using them. Thought I'd give'em a try since I've had bug issues at previous apartments. The guy doing the service was really nice and professional. When…
Carlos the tech who came out was super professional and very polite. He gave me a run down of what to expect from his service from beginning to end. Very happy with the service!
Very friendly staff and did a great job explaining the Home Team process.
They were quick and courteous. I’m extremely happy with their work.
They did the general pest preventative control, as far as I know. They use the TAEXX system, and it's my first time using this system, so I'm excited. So far, I've noticed several dead spiders around the base of the home, including one black widow. I left it there as a test case to see if the treatment was…
Started quarterly pest control service today. Showed up right on time with the 30 minute notice they promised me. They were very professional and went over the contract and exactly what they would be doing today. After service they updated me in their findings and let me know when the next service would be. Very polite young men.
HomeTeam were very professional. They were very quick spraying through out the house and in the yard. Good pricing. Will definitely call on them again.
Mr. Morrison was very responsive to my emails and many questions. He helped me get my account all set up and was never pushy about using the service. The tech, Preston, who performed my first service was thorough, on time and very professional. He also serviced the taexx bug system in my home.
Always a great response to requests, great results for any pest problem, inside and out. Thanks Eric and Trish, stay safe, be well.😷

William G. Did a great job in servicing our new home. He found fire ant mounds and destroyed them. Took the time to clean spider webs around the house and used our TAEXX system to spray within the walls.
Very costly though.
