Always very professional and kind at every visit! Q came out yesterday and was so friendly and knowledgeable! We rarely have problems with bugs and in the rare case we do, they’ve promptly come out and taken care of it between sprays quickly! We will continue to use them!
I’ve been very impressed with HomeTeam Pest Defense. Dinh was so courteous when he called to set up our initial account. Carlos was our tech that came out and he was great - professional, on-time, respectful, and had a great sense of humor! Absolutely recommend them and grateful to have them caring for our home.
The technician, Carl, was courteous and kept me briefed vis phone during the first visit. He also was accommodating with my wife's insect concerns and treated the inside of the home to her satisfaction.
