I left the garage door open when I was at home and I do not think they spray in the garage like they usually do and leave bug traps .. none was in there …
They are very prompt, friendly, and stand by what they say.
Q did an amazing job with our service! We’ve been pleased every time with home team! All of our issues are addressed in a timely manner
Always courteous techs that come out. They do a thorough job and provide commentary of what they observed, addressed, and what to expect in the coming days. The report sent out after is helpful and they always lock my back gate up for me which I appreciate. They come quarterly, yet i have had them come outside of…

He takes the time to go over the entire outside & makes a point to ask if there’s any areas to look at or of concern. —————————————————————————— We have used HomeTeam since we built our house. My husband and I have been using HomeTeam Pest Defense for several years, we are impressed that they always call ahead of coming, and if you have an inside your home problem before the next visit, they will be out to check that problem. In our opinion this is the company to use for your pest control issues.
Very nice exterminator, found and treated 3 ant colonies, sprayed inside the house and charged the system inside the walls. Very good service.
Excellent service. Great communication. All work is always done as expected and as scheduled. Most importantly, I don't have any bugs in my house! 👍
HomeTeam does a great job! Shout out to Carlos for having great customer service and offering suggestions when needed. I do my quarterly service with them, in addition to their mosquito treatment. Both seem to work very well!
Excellent service by Willie. He’s a valuable employee! Bonus time for him.
Had a very good experience with Joe and Jason. Joe did a great job explaining the process. He offered treatment recommendations but gave me other options as well. Jason did a fantastic job of treating my home. He was both thorough and professional. Both men were friendly, respectful toward my property and used protective coverings over their shoes inside.
Guys did a great & efficient job.
Carlos did a good job. Nice guy and good work.
They continue to deliver on their promise to the customer. Which is very rare. There are a lot of vendors out there, that are only focused on getting a quick paycheck!
Carlos came to our house today and his service was exemplary! Not only he explained everything in layman’s terms, but he was very thorough in his work! And left us feeling more comfortable and pleased with the service he provided!

This was our first time having HomePest treat our house and their technician did a wonderful job. He was on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and cordial. Not sure on the service quality, as stated, this was the first treatment.

I work from home and was on a call when Erik showed up. He was super professional and was able to take care of everything without unnecessary disruption to my work day. And, the best part, we are already seeing a massive improvement to our little pest problem!
Whenever we have an issue of pest activity, I simply log into the portal online -- or call them -- and they came out right away to take care of it. They take care of two properties for us. They perform regular maintenance, and we usually opt to have them provide termite services. They are professional and courteous,…
I’ve had a great experience with HomeTeam! I had them at my last house and after I moved they were able to keep the service for my new house. Javier was great and got rid of all the black widow spiders I had on the outside of my house and was very polite and personable.

Excellent experience with Eric for our initial new home pest treatment. He was highly knowledgeable on the various bug species on the property and helped to provide necessary preventative treatments. It has been immediately noteable in the reduction of crickets and grasshoppers around the house.

Travis and Eric were awesome! Went above and beyond with my initial service. Very knowledgeable and professional indeed. Efficient and effective at what they do! I only wish I had called this company sooner!! Never going back to the “big box” pest control companies.
I asked the technician about mosquito services and told me that they were not available. I've been bitten over 15 on my hands, legs, and face. I'm spraying off on the walls trying to get rid of the mosquitoes inside my newly built home. I have asthma and I have had to use my inhaler more because of inhaling the fumes.
