We have always had good experiences with home team. They are extremely attentive on time and reliable. We have never had any issues with bugs, and since we have been using them. They also have the Taexx refilling system for our Ann, home, and wall, pest control system. Nothing but good things to say.
HomeTeam does a very good job communicating about scheduled service. I am setup to receive service on a quarterly basis and they have shown up every time and completed the work thoroughly.
Customer service is very good. Email and phone communication is always responded to quickly & professionally. Our technician Noe is excellent. He always gives is a 30 minute notice by text that he’s on his way. He arrives when he says he will.
We are very happy with Home. Team. Their routine services have effectively prevented pests at our house and when we have encountered unusual problems, they have responded professionly and promptly. Douglas is always mindful of our dogs and vegetable gardens so that we don't worry about toxic chemicals around them.…

The technician was very professional and answered all our questions.
The technician, Carl, was courteous and kept me briefed vis phone during the first visit. He also was accommodating with my wife's insect concerns and treated the inside of the home to her satisfaction.
Best customer service. Taylor is always extremely professional and courteous and our technician Carl is totally awesome. Alway prompt and gos above and beyond. And the prices you cant beat.
Homestead pest defense was exceptional. Preston and his trainee were quick, efficient and thoughtful asking us a few times if we wanted to have an area sprayed in the closets/corner of room if we moved the items he could. He wore boot covers and was respectful asking us ok to go into shut areas to spray. 24 hours, bugs seemed to have died down 80-90%
They put my daughter's worries to bed.
