This was our first time having HomePest treat our house and their technician did a wonderful job. He was on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and cordial. Not sure on the service quality, as stated, this was the first treatment.
We have always had good experiences with home team. They are extremely attentive on time and reliable. We have never had any issues with bugs, and since we have been using them. They also have the Taexx refilling system for our Ann, home, and wall, pest control system. Nothing but good things to say.
HomeTeam does a very good job communicating about scheduled service. I am setup to receive service on a quarterly basis and they have shown up every time and completed the work thoroughly.

Excellent experience with Eric for our initial new home pest treatment. He was highly knowledgeable on the various bug species on the property and helped to provide necessary preventative treatments. It has been immediately noteable in the reduction of crickets and grasshoppers around the house.
