Update 10/28/25 ~ It’s been over 2 years since my last review & it still remains 5 Stars! Qiante is the best!! I love the…

Jaime with HomeTeam Pest Defense was professional, provided a great service and was able to quickly get rid of some spiders while completing the normal bug service! I highly recommend HomeTeam.
Was very thorough in the services being provided and took time to answer all questions and concerns and explained what to expect in the following visits.
Always very professional and kind at every visit! Q came out yesterday and was so friendly and knowledgeable! We rarely have problems with bugs and in the rare case we do, they’ve promptly come out and taken care of it between sprays quickly! We will continue to use them!
HomeTeam does a great job! Shout out to Carlos for having great customer service and offering suggestions when needed. I do my quarterly service with them, in addition to their mosquito treatment. Both seem to work very well!
Carlos did a good job. Nice guy and good work.
Carlos came to our house today and his service was exemplary! Not only he explained everything in layman’s terms, but he was very thorough in his work! And left us feeling more comfortable and pleased with the service he provided!
Great service! From the first phone call to the tech coming out was great! Great company!! Dihn explained everything well and was very nice! The technician Javier was so friendly and did a great job with the treatment.
Eric was friendly and competent. Far more thorough than the previous service which I fired. He is a superb ambassador for Home Team
Everything looked very well applied and professional. I liked the service
This was our first time having HomePest treat our house and their technician did a wonderful job. He was on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and cordial. Not sure on the service quality, as stated, this was the first treatment.
We have always had good experiences with home team. They are extremely attentive on time and reliable. We have never had any issues with bugs, and since we have been using them. They also have the Taexx refilling system for our Ann, home, and wall, pest control system. Nothing but good things to say.
HomeTeam does a very good job communicating about scheduled service. I am setup to receive service on a quarterly basis and they have shown up every time and completed the work thoroughly.
Carlos is always amazing, professional, and helpful!
Going on 2 years; very satisfied.
I’ve had a great experience with HomeTeam! I had them at my last house and after I moved they were able to keep the service for my new house. Javier was great and got rid of all the black widow spiders I had on the outside of my house and was very polite and personable.
Love HomeTeam business. Travis called and explained what HomeTeam's business does for homes. Eric came to my home and explained about the areas that would be treated and how long the treatment last. Once Eric finished he told me about a wasp nest that he sprayed on my fence and that the treatment would keep pest out…
It always great, been a customer for 3 yrs now. 👍🏻
I love my technicians. They seem genuinely concerned about my home and taking care of my pest control needs. I appreciate their great service.

Jesus was a wonderful tech. He was very professional and detailed with information about what he was doing and what would happen after the process. I waited a week to send a review to see the results and I am VERY IMPRESSED.
Jesus went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the service. He was punctual, thorough, and very easy to work with.
I’ve been very impressed with HomeTeam Pest Defense. Dinh was so courteous when he called to set up our initial account. Carlos was our tech that came out and he was great - professional, on-time, respectful, and had a great sense of humor! Absolutely recommend them and grateful to have them caring for our home.
Eric was really nice and even waited for me to arrive to spray the inside of the house.
Good knowledge. Cautious. Kind and respectful. Did a great job with clearing bugs/nests/webs. Covered all areas inside that were needed. Informative on care/protection for kids and animals.
Excellent experience with Eric for our initial new home pest treatment. He was highly knowledgeable on the various bug species on the property and helped to provide necessary preventative treatments. It has been immediately noteable in the reduction of crickets and grasshoppers around the house.
All great
They did a thorough walk of our house and were extremely helpful answering questions! Highly recommend
So helpful with our needs!!
All of our pests are being removed by professionals at a great value. We requested our original contact technician Jason and he completed our initial inspection and extermination. HomeTec has great communication. My questions were promptly answered no matter if it was a weekend or in the evening. The service rate is very reasonable. Carlos did a great job. Even came earlier than expected.
The technician, Carl, was courteous and kept me briefed vis phone during the first visit. He also was accommodating with my wife's insect concerns and treated the inside of the home to her satisfaction.
Timely professional service. Just had a problem with the form on line.
I was scheduled for an early morning appointment but by noon I had to call them to make sure I was still on their schedule. This is after they called me the day before to make sure I was aware of my early appointment. Go figure.
My technician did a very good job. I am satisfied with the service that he completed at my home.
Carl was very willing to answer my questions and assist with all I needed. I hope to continue having this service from Home Team every time. It was great!!
Jamie was my technician. He took plenty of time to answer my questions and explain what his plan of action was and how the products work. He walked around the house and showed me different things to be mindful of and pointed out simple tips I could do on my own. I had a few specific concerns, so Jamie came inside…
This is a great service. The salesperson was an excellent communicator and was not a pushy salesperson. Also the service was excellent when they came to my home. Quick and painless but very thorough. Also a fair price in comparison to similar services.
My service guy was very educated and professional yet personable. I highly recommend HomeTeam Pest Defense.
Our guy Catlos was great! On time. Thorough. Professional. Attentive and informative. Highly recommended!
Carlos was so professional. Explained the service and what he would be doing. Very helpful and he did a great job.
Travis and Eric were awesome! Went above and beyond with my initial service. Very knowledgeable and professional indeed. Efficient and effective at what they do! I only wish I had called this company sooner!! Never going back to the “big box” pest control companies.
