Don was great. I was having respiratory issues and I didn’t know why. My doctor suggested getting a mold test done. We called homeworks environmental and within a few days we got results and finally knew why I was having issues. Their thorough test results allowed us to contact an appropriate mitigation specialist and resolve my issues. Highly recommend!

Owner threatened to sue me for this honest review. I thought that was funny. Only good part out of this series of interactions.
He didn't do anything at all and what he says in his response is false. He is quick to jump to anger and considers talking about his personal life as if it is business related and then blames you for taking up his time. Instead of talking about inspection services, he was more interested in having me join his wife's facebook page. I did not bring up his wife's facebook page with him, he did. I will unjoin their facebook page, obviously.
What he's saying below is false. He is super mad because he says that I "hammered" his review by rewriting my review above. What he is saying about wanting him to engage in other companies was actually me trying to be kind to him and introduce him to other companies in the area that seem to be good companies - it's called networking, I thought. He said he is going to show his attorney and sue me. That is why I say he's quick to anger.
Even when it was a good review, I had to remind him that he didn't actually do any services and so he can't really say that he did in his response to my five star review that I originally left him, either. I wouldn't trust him if I were anyone wanting his services. Based on his character that he's shown me.

Chelsea contacted me in late February with concerns about possible mold conditions in the home she is renting. I provided general guidance by phone and text to help her understand the situation and the importance of proper independent mold testing. No inspection was scheduled, no services were performed, and no fees were collected.
As the conversations continued, the discussion shifted into areas outside the scope of my business, including requests to engage with other companies she was consulting for water testing, crawlspace remediation, and additional inspection services. I chose not to enter into those relationships, and the communication became strained afterward.
For clarity, I have never met Chelsea in person, and no professional work was completed. I maintain full documentation of our communications, which does not align with the statements made in this review, and I can provide it to Google for verification if needed.
