When technician Ken arrived, he introduced himself, then went right to work to fix/repair the seal on my freezer door. When he finished, Ken explained what he did to fix the issue, then ask that I leave the door shut for 24 hours before removing the tape. Ken was very polite and professional. The technician was awesome. The service could have been a lot quicker. The part was in in 2 days, but it took 10 days for them to install the part. The total time from when the refrigerator went out to the day when it was completed was 18 days.
