When technician Ken arrived, he introduced himself, then went right to work to fix/repair the seal on my freezer door. When he finished, Ken explained what he did to fix the issue, then ask that I leave the door shut for 24 hours before removing the tape. Ken was very polite and professional. He is an asset to your company.

We called Honest and Fair when our refrigerator ice maker totally froze shut..
Ken was sent to figure out what was going on. He was both friendly, and professional. Ken talked us through and showed us what was going on.
He ordered the part and then came back to replace the broken valve. He waited to be sure the ice maker was cycling without a leak (which was why it had frozen)
We would highly recommend this appliance repair company. The cost was very fair too.
