Noah was courteous and professional, and very skilled at what he does. He will advocate for you to see that you receive the service your warranty covers. We’ve always been pleased with Honest & Fair Appliance.
The service technician (Noah) was very helpful, and quick to diagnose the problem with our washing machine. Fortunately it was a problem with the installation that was easy to fix and covered under warranty. Noah also gave me tips on upkeep for my washer and dryer. I would not hesitate to call Honest and Fair again for future appliance repairs.

Ken was fantastic. Simple drain hose issue that he quickly diagnosed, ordered the part, and came back another day to install without issue.

Everything went well except he was supposed to arrive between 830 and 9 o’clock and an automation called me at 7:05 and said he was on the way and would be here in 45 minutes. Since I wasn’t living in the place yet, I had to make a mad dash to get here by the time he arrived. So just FYI, if he’s gonna come that…
