Brock, George and Mike were personable, professional and very knowledgeable about the project. Installation took about 2 hrs. They had drop cloths from my front door to my washroom. Wife is going to love the new unit. Very pleased with the Hot Water Guys. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
