I love this location! I have been to different HOTWORX locations all over the country and this is definitely one of the best: from how clean the location is to the customer service and welcoming vibe from Jill and Dana!! I cannot wait to be back in!
Great staff and the best gym in regards to open hours and the amount of burn I get in a such short amount of time! Consider joining + price isn’t terrible
Jill and Dana are amazing! We did a team outing here for work. Not only are they friendly and welcoming it’s clean and you get a great workout!!
I love coming in here and doing my 30 min infrared workout and getting in and out during my busy days. There is something about coming in and getting into the sauna at 120-130 degrees that make this workout kick your butt! Jill, Becky, and staff are super friendly and welcoming too. You gotta try it if you have not.
I’ve loved my experience at hotworx so far! The staff is friendly, the workouts are worth it, and you have access to everything you need in a gym! I recently got the core compressor after being intrigued by it for a while and I actually did feel more activation and sweat in my core during workouts!!!
I am so impressed with HOTWORX! I recently sustained a lumbar sprain and went to the sauna on the exact night I strained my back. I walked in hunched over in pain and walked out with my back straightened. On that first night, I wasn't able to do the cobra position at all. By the second night, I was actually able to…

I am so impressed with HOTWORX! I recently sustained a lumbar sprain and went to the sauna on the exact night I strained my back. I walked in hunched over in pain and walked out with my back straightened. On that first night, I wasn't able to do the cobra position at all. By the second night, I was actually able to do it! What I thought would take over a week to recover from lasted just a few days thanks to the heat. The combination of infrared heat and isometric workouts truly works wonders for pain and mobility, I was amazed to see such quick results. My body feels so loose and relaxed after every isometric session. I also love the Hot Blast and Hot Row workouts for a great full-body session. As a mom of three little ones, time is everything. I love that it’s open 24/7 so I can easily squeeze in an incredible workout in under an hour. Highly recommend!
Thank you for your 5-star rating! We're glad to know you had a positive experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear how quickly you felt improvements in your comfort and mobility—and that you were able to return to the cobra position by your second session! It’s wonderful that the infrared heat and isometric workouts helped you feel looser and more relaxed during your recovery. We also love that you’re enjoying Hot Blast and Hot Row! As a busy mom of three, you deserve workouts that are effective, convenient, and easy to fit into your schedule. Thank you for being part of the HOTWORX Rolling Meadows community and for recommending us! 🔥❤️
