I had an excellent experience with Dan Hofeld from HouseMaster. Dan did a fantastic job with my home inspection and was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable.
He took his time going through the home and carefully inspected everything. What I appreciated most was how he explained what he was looking at, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood his findings. He never made me feel rushed and was very patient throughout the entire inspection.
As a first-time homebuyer, having someone like Dan who takes the time to explain things and point out important details made the process much easier and gave me a lot of confidence.
I’m very happy with the job Dan did and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection. He really went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better inspector!

He told me all the supposed problems that my home had .A exactly a month later I hired someone else to inspect my home, They gave me a whole new list of things I’m going to have to fix in my home a new boiler and new roof new pipes, cracks, bad wood leaks etc.
The guy even told me if I had my home inspected at all before purchasing it. What a disappointment I would not recommend working with this company or getting your inspection done by Dan !!!!

I highly recommend HouseMaster! Dan was extremely thorough and was very specific in explaining if a problem was something to look into more with an expert (electrician etc.) or if it was just something to keep an eye on. He also pointed out all things that were working great, or were problems at one time but had already been fixed. In addition to Dan’s expertise, it was very easy to set up an appointment with the office and I received the printed report very quickly.
