I had flood damage to my Northwest Philadelphia old stone house. I wanted to have the affected floors repaired, not replaced. Other contractors I had contacted repeatedly told me what they could NOT do. Joe was confident that his company could do the repairs, and I could not be happier with the work. Better than I…
We can't recommend Joe and his team highly enough! Joe communicated with us every step of the way, paid attention to every detail, and went above and beyond to repair our historic floors. He really understood and stayed true to our vision, and his work truly transformed our house. If you're considering Joe for your floors, you won't regret it.
We had 7 rooms with hardwood floors refinished. They look spectacular. Joe and his crew paid great attention to detail and were dedicated to producing a perfect result. It was a big project and a big investment, but worth every penny.
We worked with Joe and his team two years ago to refinish our hardwood floors and replace carpet in several rooms with matching hardwood, and the results were outstanding. Everything was done beautifully, and the floors still look fantastic today. Joe was responsive, professional, honest, and made the entire…
We are very happy with the work done by Joe and his entire team! They managed to restore our very old floors that needed not only refinishing but many repairs, bringing them back to life with skill and attention to detail. The results exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend him!
We called Hudson Hardwood to help with the original wood floors in a 100-year old home. Joe was very responsive and helped us decide upon the best plan - refinishing the lower level and buffing & coating the uppr level. The team was quick, efficient and professional. Our floors look brand new! First photo os bnefore; second is after.
Joe and his team did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors. He was extremely responsive, and he was able to get the job done given our short timeline (which was even around the Thanksgiving holiday!) Would definitely recommend Hudson Hardwoods to anyone.
Joe and his team were phenomenal. They were very communicative and their attention to detail was impeccable. We highly recommend their services!
Hudson Hardwood did an outstanding job refinishing our floors. The sanding was meticulous—they took care to get even coverage and properly addressed some tricky transitions between rooms. The final finish came out beautifully smooth with great color consistency throughout. The crew was professional, kept the work…
After much research and several inquiries to various installers, Joe was the first to respond, inspired the most confidence and provided the best value quote. His crew was great, prompt, courteous and professional, and finished on schedule. Seamlessly blended the new hardwood with the existing floors that they…
Joe and his team just refinished my bamboo floors and the results are phenomenal! I was a bit apprehensive going into the project, but Joe thoroughly explained the process and my options, and gave me excellent recommendations on the best way to proceed given his years of expertise. He was unbelievably responsive…
Joe from Hudson Hardwood was incredibly responsive and fast. He was honest and came over to assess our floors and gave us a quote quickly. We ended up going with Joe and I'm so glad we did. Our floors look amazing.
Hudson Hardwood refinished the wood floors in my 100+ year old home in West Philly and did a phenomenal job! They repaired worn/damaged areas and refreshed everything to look new and hopefully hold up for years to come. Additionally, Joe is very communicative and responsive, keeping you up to date on scheduling,…
Joe and his team were fantastic. I used them to do the sanding and repair/restoration portion of a job in my house and they showed up on time, were easy to deal with throughout the process, and did a great job. Significant repairs were necessary, but they were able to match the new boards to the original 100 year…
Joe and his team at Hudson Hardwood did a fantastic job restoring the hardwood floors and staircase in my home. I recently purchased the house and decided to tear out some old carpet, with the intention of replacing with new carpet. Hiding under the old carpet were the original hardwood floors - heavily damaged…
We had heart of pine original floors restored by the Hudson Hardwood Floors team and the floors look absolutely beautiful. Joe and the team were very responsive to answering any questions we had, very professional. Highly recommend Hudson!
Joe did a fantastic job re-sanding and staining our previously (very) red cherry wood floors (with many scuffs and markings) into beautiful dark brown Jacobean floors. Joe was very prompt in completing the work, keeping us in the loop with updates of the project, and providing us useful advice regarding floor…
Why You Should use Hudson Hardwood Floors for Your Wood Floor Restoration [This review was neither solicited or paid for] We bought a 100plus year old townhouse in Philadelphia which had two kinds of really terrible faux wood laminate covering what we assumed, given the age of the building, was real wood. We needed…
Joe and his team are great to deal with. Very communicative and helpful throughout the process. They did great work and my floors look fantastic. Most importantly though, Joe treats your floors like they are his floors. Can't ask for much more than that.
Joe and his team are top notch professionals. You won't find better for your floors at realistic prices.
