Hughes has always provided excellent service. Recently had a 2004 Mercury Marauder brought in in which the whole suspension and other misc. bushings and work had to be done after sitting for 7 years. Car fired up new and drives like new after hours of work that car really needed!
My Rav4 had serious trouble with the rack and pinion. Hughes fixed the problem and also gave a great wheel alignment. My second time here and the first with a major issue. This place is the opposite of every cliche, sterotypical car mechanic - honest, professional, and efficient. I had an Audi for over 10 years and got about 250,000 miles on it thanks to Kevin and his team. They would even drive me to work (in the Bx) on the days I had to leave my car for service. Within minutes one of the technicians was on the road checking the noise in my car and short after I knew what the problem was and what the cost was going to be. Excellent all around. They took care of the noise and the price was not outrageous. Definitely recommend. Definitely will return here if I need to in the future.
Since I moved to Yonkers I have used Hughes Motors as the place for my car repairs. I am very happy with the service provided. Everytime I take the car for a oil change or any other repair I get the car back driving as if it is a new car. I total recommend them for they reliability and trust we build over the years.
