Technician Beca with Hurlbert repaired a leaking water discharge line in our furnace. She diagnosed the problem immediately and effected a thorough repair. She showed us the problem and provided an excellent, courteous and quick solution! Hats off to this efficient technician! Thank you Hurlbert.
Ben was a very knowledgeable technician and was able to trouble shoot our AC problem very quickly. He also spent a fair share of his time discussing how important preventive maintenance was especially with our heat pump heating and AC. Ben from Hurlburt was great, knowledgeable and understanding. Even checked on more problem areas during the diagnostic that I wasn't currently having problems with but could cause a problem in the future.
My technician, Beca, was very professional, courteous, communicated well and did not leave a mess. My only complaint Is that the service call, which lasted less than an hour and included a condenser replacement, cost me over $500.
Second time I have called out Hurlburt, another great round. Did everything within the scope of work plus took time to make sure other fittings were good to go on natural gas. The peace of mind alone, much worth it. New home to me, and they located numerous loose fittings to address. This wasn't an upsell…
