Tech. Was a little later then apt. time but called to say he would be and was on his way. He was very neat and polite, knew what he was doing and explained while trouble shooting the unit. Took precautions to items around area not wanting to bump or get anything dirty.
Very helpful and very nice person he explained and did the work highly recommend them
Tech came in reset system jumped the thermostat unit started reconnected thermostat wires unit functioning normal.
The technician, Luis was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to us.
