ICON Collision did an excellent job restoring my Toyota 4Runner after a rear end accident. My vehicle was only three months old when it happened, so the damage was very stressful. I’m thrilled with the results. It looks like it did before the accident! A special thank you to Jace Hansen, who handled my repair. He…

Worst experience ever. If I could give negative stars I would. The general manager/part owner, Mario Donati, was the advisor I dealt with. I had been waiting since May for my July 12 repair appointment. I’d contacted him a week prior to confirm my appointment and he stated it was fine to bring it in. I dropped off…
Have used ICON Collision in the past. Their workmanship is top notch. On this occasion we had a minor dispute which was resolved amicably and reasonably. Hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do would certainly use them again.
I had a friend bring her car here twice for a bumper repair. Both times they brought the car here the bumper fell off shortly after my friend was driving. The second time we noticed that the mechanic used stripped rusty screws to “fix” his previous mistake.
they put the same parts on my car that was still damaged andthey charge for new parts they rig your up and do horrible work.PLEASE BEWARE of this place and go elsewhere
Terrible work on my bumper it took almost a month to fix then the bumper came back off in 3 days they fixed it again and the bumper came off the next day smh bad for business they claim they put a new bumper on there and it look like the old bumper Pais all that money and my bumper still broken
Icon takes a lot of pride in their work, and my car has been beautifully done after 2 car accidents. They also have a lifetime guarantee, so should something happen, they will fix it!
This is the only shop to take your vehicle for repair. Everyone was very helpful and the car repair is perfect. Cannot tell the accidence ever happened. Great people and great service. Icon did a great job on body work and amazing paint. Definitely recommend taking your car here.
ICON is without a doubt the MOST PROFESSIONAL auto body repair facility I have ever encountered. Kathy Thurmond Edwards suggested Tim's company -- and she deals with all of them -- and what a great suggestion. After my wife backed into my car in the driveway and crunched her car and mine, ICON and their…
I am satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. This is my second vehicle repaired at Icon and I have no regrets. I am even more satisfied with Icon's staff addressing my questions and concerns expeditiously. I appreciate that with this being a small business, the owner, Mr. Russell values their customers. You…
ICON Collision is the best auto body repair and paint shop in Memphis. Great people to work with. Body work and paint job they did had my car looking better than new. I'll never go anywhere else for auto body repair and paint needs.
These folks did an excellent job repairing body damage on my truck after a collision. Work looks good as new. They are all very professional, and communicated the status of the repair regularly from start to finish and I honestly cannot tell there was ever any damage to the vehicle ($5k to passenger side front and…
We were referred to this company after we had our car wreck in April and since April we have had to take our car back six different times. For things that should’ve been fixed the very first time. It’s just very discouraging because my vehicle is brand new and I want to get fixed right. LG
I have had multiple expensive luxury cars & sports cars. Plus, I have lived in the Memphis area for many years. When my new Cadillac Escalade was driven through a hell storm I started considering where to get this extension damage repaired. The dealership said there was only one place in town that they refer their…
Icon was recommended to me when a deer tried to hitch a ride in my car. I am very pleased with the work that they did! I really appreciate Todd and Mike. Todd stayed in contact and helped me deal with my insurance company to get the ball rolling. Mike kept me updated throughout the process and was thorough in…
I chose this body shop because your vehicle will leave only with OEM parts. I appreciate Mike who was assigned to my truck. He kept me informed and was very professional. I hope that I never have to come back here but if I do I will definitely use Icon. Thanks for your service guys you all did a great job!
Beautiful work, friendly, and the owner stepped in to solve a rental car issue. Jonathan was great to work with. I will return if I have future work.
After someone rear-ended my month-and-a-half old 2021 Genesis G80, I was referred to Icon by my Genesis concierge, as they were the only body shop they certified in the Memphis area. From the first phone call to the day I picked up my repaired car, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service they provided.…
I took my vehicle in for bumper damage and they fixed it brand new!!!
Someone hit my car and I had it repaired at Icon. They did a wonderful job. The fender looks like new and s the paint job is pearly white. It looks as good as new. They were so nice and friendly. No wonder they are recognized as the top body shop across the mid south. They specialized in imports. They really made an…
After-repair looks better than new with consistent color match -- second time using Icon with efficient, quality service both times.
Accidentally played bumper cars with my gate when taking my dog to the vet earlier in the month. Got the dog to the vet and took my car to Icon a few days later. They said they would get it fixed and keep me updated with the repairs. Reid from Icon would text me every few days with updates which was incredibly nice.…
Their service is top notch. Mr. Mario went over the top with communication and just being a great person. Car looks like it was never brought there.
Above and beyond what we expected. First class people and experts at what they do. Ron & Julie. Davis
