A+ service and quality of job completed! Jeff was my advisor and he was excellent. Fair pricing and excellent attention to detail! Thank you!
Icon did a beautiful job repairing my van! It is perfect! The service was beyond excellent. I would recommend Icon to anyone who wants perfection, honesty and great communication through the process!
ICON Collision did an excellent job restoring my Toyota 4Runner after a rear end accident. My vehicle was only three months old when it happened, so the damage was very stressful. I’m thrilled with the results. It looks like it did before the accident! A special thank you to Jace Hansen, who handled my repair. He…
We have used ICON on multiple occasions and we always receive great Service. Britt Cavins is very engaged and accommodating. Tim Russell and his organization always go the extra mile!
During COVD I had my Toyota RA4 painted. Toyota paid for the paint job as a recall. Since that time the paint is peeling off; the clear coat is coming off; and the inside door painting has peeled off where the painter cleaned the paint before painting. The staff said it was Toyota’s fault and attempted to get more…
Joe displays excellent customer service. I felt comfortable sharing with him how I was feeling about the situation. His reassurance made me feel comfortable about the company’s handling. Thank you so much Mr. Joe and Icon for servicing my 2024 GLC300 back to its original design.
Icon was absolutely great! Kept me informed and handled everything with the insurance company. I am very happy with everything you guys did. Thanks Joe for everything!
Exceptional service from start to finish! My vehicle's repair ended up being a two-month process due to a backordered part with no initial ETA. However, the communication was incredible. I received weekly updates regarding the status and projected timeline of the repairs. My service advisor, Joe, was absolute…
Great service, work, and customer service!!!!! Thank you!!
I had my vehicle repaired at Icon Repair, and the quality of the work was exceptional. The repair itself was completed to a very high standard, and I am extremely pleased with the finished result. ICON Collision Services is a great place to have your car repaired if you have damage. The CEO is very personable and works with the customer and his team to provide the best service. My customer service person, Jace, was great to work with in answering all questions and provided updates. They repaired my car in the committed timeframe.
Shiny Like Glass Again—Why I Trust ICON Collision Services!!!! If you’re looking for top-quality bodywork that makes your car look brand new, like it just rolled off the showroom floor, ICON Collision Services is where you need to go. After a recent auto accident, I took my Lexus to ICON Collision Services…
Jeff and the ICON team were a pleasure to work with. Two things you want from a repair facility is communication and a finished product. ICON delivered both!
I can’t recommend ICON Collision highly enough. My vehicle was involved in a non-fault accident while it was parked outside my home, resulting in well over $15,000 worth of damage. From the beginning, the team at ICON made what could have been an extremely stressful situation incredibly easy to navigate. They…
Amazing service and communication by Mr Jeff and his team for the entire process I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have fixed my car! Highly recommend !!!
Most professional job I’ve ever experienced. Flawless job vehicle like new they take pride in what they do. Like it’s their own
Unfortunately, my second visit to ICON in 9 months! Fortunately, I had Britt and Joe each time and they made the process seamless. Weekly updates on progress and vehicle looked factory new when I picked it up. I highly recommend!
I worked with Joe Copen and met Britt Cavins. Super customer friendly. Tenacious with the insurance company. Lexus Memphis says this is the only place for Lexus collision repair and I agree. Happy customer.
I was extremely pleased with Icon and highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair work! The work was done beautifully and quickly, but more importantly, they were an important voice of communication with the insurance company of the person who hit me negotiating on my behalf. 5 stars in every aspect!
Great service and the paint job made my 2009 look new again. Great service from the time I waked in until the job was completed. I would highly recommend ICON. Joe was my service person and he was great to work with (he answered any questions I had and communicated with me throughout the entire process).
Icon Collision is fantastic. We have used them twice for bodywork on our vehicles and have had great experiences both times. Everyone there is extremely professional and they keep in close contact with you throughout the repairs. They worked well with our insurance company and made it seamless on our end. I highly recommend Jeff. He is top-notch!

Icon Collision center is super amazing. They provide a shining silver lining after a bad experience of a car collision. Jeff was our handler and he's such a terrific guy. Communication was timely and detailed, he answered all questions and provided honest reassurance. I would 1000% recommend him and Icon as a whole.
Great people and great work
My car was side swiped on I 75 in ATL. The car that did it didn’t stop. When I got back home to Memphis my brother-in-law suggested I take it to ICON. He gave it a good recommendation and told me to ask for Joe. My experience was great! As Joe told me when I left it, “ It will look brand new when you get it back”.…

Great service. Friendly and communicated well.
Very patient: friendly : informative and understanding👍
Joe and ICON Collision exceeded my expectations. He kept me informed during the entire process. I wrecked my car 2 months after purchasing. The bumper color didn’t quite match the rest of the car. But, after reviewing the before pics, it was actually the same color as before. They still insisted on getting it right and now my car is better than before!
The service was good and my car looks great
Mr. Morris Was very professional he returned my calls and emails in a timely manner.. He did a wonderful job, communicating between my insurance and myself. Thank you Mr. Morris.
They are fast friendly and easy to deal with.
They pretty much had to rebuild my front suspension on my brand new Subaru Crosstrek. It was pretty damaged and it truly came back to me like new. It took a while but that’s just the way it is these days - plus it took a lot of parts. I was very impressed. And so happy to have it back.
Absolutely the best service and experience at Icon! They had my vehicle only 22 days and when I got it back, it looked like nothing ever even happened (most other auto body shops are taking several months to fix vehicles). Extremely professional customer service and truly wonderful owner and employees at Icon. I…
Joe is a can do guy! Great communication and quality repairs👍🏻
The truck looked as good as new. Icon did a great job.

Joe has been very professional since the beginning. He has been more than helpful trying to render my situation with ALLSTATE INS. Each time there was issues with Allstate paying for ammendment to the claim. He would take time and explain the discrepancy. I give Joe C. A 10plus. He is truly an asset.
Had the very best experience with Hayden and Icon. Very polite and professional. Keep me updated on progress and finished the work earlier than expected! Would definitely used them again and recommend!

Joe and his team gave me turn key service, start to finish, dealing with insurance claims, quotes, factory parts, and repairs. The project had challenging elements, and everything was handled efficiently and with excellence. My car is back to its former, if not, better state.

Joe, an ICON Representative, kept me updated on the repair progress and expedited the work. My vehicle was repaired and returned in a good as new condition. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work.
My 2022 F150 Raptors front end was severely damaged in a collision. I immediately figured it was never going to be the same. The folks at Icon made sure every part was OEM and brand new from the Ford factory. During the process Jeffrey kept me informed of the progress at least once every week. The communication was…
Did an excellent job, getting me in and out as quickly as possible. They were honest and helped me get the cheapest option to get back on the road with an operational mirror.
Icon Collison Did a fantastic job on my Audi Q8. Joe was very helpful throughout the process and got my truck looking brand new.
While everything wasn’t 100% when I went to pick up repaired car, Joe worked with me until corrected. ICON does quality work (I’ve used them 3 times) and they will do their best to satisfy their customers.

I had front end damage, from a car wreck. I chose Icon because I had used them before and was pleased with the service and results. This time was no different. We took our new 3 month Toyota Corolla into Icon Collision after hitting a smashed F-150 bumper in the middle of the interstate at night. Our Toyota salesman recommended Icon Collision as the best place for a quality repair that would not jeopardize our Factory warranty. It took some time to get it into the shop as…

My Mercedes Benz S 560 was involved in an accident in Memphis and there was no place to take my car to be repaired due to so many accidents in Memphis at the time. Worst experience ever. If I could give negative stars I would. The general manager/part owner, Mario Donati, was the advisor I dealt with. I had been waiting since May for my July 12 repair appointment. I’d contacted him a week prior to confirm my appointment and he stated it was fine to bring it in. I dropped off…
Have used ICON Collision in the past. Their workmanship is top notch. On this occasion we had a minor dispute which was resolved amicably and reasonably. Hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do would certainly use them again.
