Priscilla1 reviewTotal number of Google reviews Priscilla has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
Review from Google · view on GoogleArrived unprepared to move my large white Joybird sectional sofa. 7K+ sofa. Wrapped it in dirty moving pads and clear wrapping tape only halfway down so the bottoms were not protected and are now filthy + scuffed them with their dirty moving shoes repeatedly. These sofas are dry clean only fabric, I do not know if they’re at all salvageable. Then they unwrapped them with unwashed dirty moving hands until I intervened. The same thing with my mattress. So unnecessary to unwrap my mattress I had in a mattress cover with unwashed hands when I repeatedly told them I had that part handled. A lot of lollygaging on things that weren’t necessary to run up the time even though I verbally shared with them what I needed and did not need. No shoe coverings and repeatedly walked over large white wool rug and another with working shoes after asking them not to. Super disappointed and hurt, as I gave notice and photos of what they would be moving and paid them well. :( A single mom with my 10 yr old daughter moving ourselves and needed some community help and that’s what we received. Not to mention out of the 3 men, 2 of them kept staring at my butt when I would bend down to move boxes, my daughter said. The black man was the only one who treated us well and did what I hired him to do. Grateful for him.
