Ideal automotive is a very nice smaller shop. I especially like how they talk you through the repairs and explain things so you can understand what needs to be done. I’ve always had great service and quick turnaround times. I don’t always feel that way at big dealerships, I’ve always gotten decent pricing on repairs… Read full review

I arrived early for my appointment and got my car in a little early, which was a nice surprise. Very professional and friendly staff. I had my oil changed twice there and they do a complete check and let me know about additional concerns that I needed to address. No hard pressure to do anything immediately.

I was looking for looking for a long time to find a good car repair shop and I think I found it. I brought both my cars there Toyota RAV4 and Kia Seltos. Ideal Automotive has always been the best. They are able to communicate and fix issues promptly and thoroughly. They also have very competitive prices. I have tried many auto shops in the area over the years, but none compare to this shop. I endorse them 100%.
