Service with integrity. We won't be calling any other plumber EVER! Thank you Elmer, for standout service with compassion on all our issues and for not rushing with my family. This man spoke clearly and is as educated as an old timer. Five stars .
We had a plugged drain in our kitchen and bathroom during our church meetings. Paul came out at 8 pm on Saturday night and unplugged the line. We were then able to continue serving over 180 people. We were extremely grateful that Paul cleared the line. He did a great job. I now recommend Paul to everyone.
Prompt, professional, and fixed the problem, that multiple other plumbers were not able to do
Elmer Marron did an amazing job he did not give up until the drain cleared
Great service from this company, friendly, and very communicative! They listened to what the issue was, did an inspection to get a closer look, fully explained the problem, and proposed long-term solutions. The plumbers were very nice and down-to-earth hard-working people!
Had a great experience, my plumber was fast and effective at fixing the block in my drain. I live in an old building with bad plumbing but at least any clogs I have are resolved same or next day. I believe Paul was our service tech and he did a great job.

Paul with imperial plumbing was an exceptional experienced plumber. He took care of my clogged shower, also adjusted the water pressure. Making sure I had hot water for winter. He got the job done in a timely manner. Is very polite and professional. The only downside is that he isn’t 24/7 but I would definitely call him again.
