I placed my car mercedes C250 to the shop with check engine on. Team in a shop did diagnostic and found timing chain stretched. Order parts I aproved cost of repairs and in few days car was repaired. Ranning good. Happy with that. I had received text every day from Danial about progress, very helpful. What am not…
Good experience here. The folks were friendly and knowledgeable and the process from booking to pickup and paying were seamless. Very professional, they answered all of my questions regarding the diagnostic to my satisfaction.
We take our Subarus and Audi for service here for almost a decade. Honest assessments, excellent work, excellent customer service, no price gouging. Will always will go back.
We think they’re honest, pricing beats dealership, appreciate their diagnostic checklists, they don’t suggest unnecessary work.
Great work as always
I brought my 2015 Lexus GS350 here due to a really bad misfire in two of the cylinders, and Import Motor Werks is the absolute best. I’ve taken the car to other shops in the past, but have not been able to find a trustworthy and transparent one until now. From the initial contact to picking up my car after it was…
I would like to personally thank Daniel, who took the time to listen to me instead of my complaints with my vehicle not only did he share his knowledge and advised me that he would like to take a look at the vehicle to make sure that everything was running correctly or what I need to have done be corrected. I…
They were able to get my Mini in right away and diagnose and fix the issue(s) quickly. Thanks!
Have used IAW for some time, but after moving to Wake Forest was trying to minimize a drive and see if I could find something local… Guess What? I am back and will just make it Werk! You know they will ID what is needed and make you part of the decision. TrustWORTHY and WORTHY of trip and much more.
Friendly, cost effective service. Highly recommend!
Awesome Crew! Always come through in a crisis. Thank you Matt, Kim, Jake & Ms. Melody.
I’ve had my work done here for years wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Excellent communication and work done as agreed and in a highly professional way. Thanks
Whenever I bring my vehicle to Import Motor Werks, I am confident that it (and I) will be treated with care and respect. This last time was no different. I will continue to bring my vehicles here because any jobs required are always done right the first time.
My car was shaking and had a misfire on a cylinder. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing my car. The communication was great and I liked they sent an estimate via email before. The price was reasonable and the job was done quickly. I plan on taking my car for regular maintenance work here in the future.
Dropped off my VW golf 2014 to this mechanic shop because it had the check engine light on and off several times, and it stalled on me twice recently. I agreed for them to run a level-2 test/evaluation on it but they told me that they didn't find any serious issue and lowered the test to level 1, which costs only…
These folks are awesome! I had an emergency situation while passing through Raleigh. They told me to come in, checked my car out and got me on my way. Great service and value.
I recently just moved to the RTP area from NJ. I was looking for a reliable, affordable mechanic for my 2011 Audi. I took my car here for an engine problem that it was having, as well as other maintenance that was needed. The mechanic named Brandon was super helpful and transparent about a fee to run diagnostic…
From day one, Brandon and the team were phenomenal! Took a deliberate approach to providing me comprehensive diagnostics for my BMW. Brandon was very honest and upfront about the extent of the repairs and along with the associated costs. Helped me game plan repairs according to immediate priority. Import Motor Werks…
I absolutely lucked into the opportunity to buy a very low miles 2008 E350. It needed a Pre Purchase Inspection and a few other minor things that I knew about. What was truly stunning was not only the communication and professionalism I got from Daniel but also they came back with a detailed report of things this…
I have done business with Import Motor Werks for 10 years or more. They have worked on a wide range of vehicles that I have owned (Japanese, Euro, even domestic a couple of times). They have performed a wide range of services from oil change and tires, to timing belt services and engine rebuilds. They have always…
As a first-time customer, I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with IMW! Not only were they fast to get me an estimate on the work that was needed, but it was delivered in a very tec-forward manner. I received a text with a brief description of my vehicle's issues, but what made it even better was the…
