This our first time using your service for our BMW. And, we are very satisfied with the oil change and other services we needed to do. Very impressed at how fast all these services were done.
We think they’re honest, pricing beats dealership, appreciate their diagnostic checklists, they don’t suggest unnecessary work.
The service was great from the start; all the staff were very friendly and professional. Plus, my car was repaired on time. I'll definitely schedule my future car maintenance appointments with them again.
Import Auto performed an engine oil change, PDK transmission oil change, replaced spark plugs, cleaned my AC evaporator, and replace my rear brake pads and rotors. I am very pleased with the expediency of the work and the price was very fair in my opinion. I’ll be a customer for life. Highly recommend this shop for your import auto maintenance and repairs.
I took my VW in for an oil change and to diagnose an oil leak. Through the process Import kept me up-to-date, adhered to their promised timing, and provided a loaner car for the duration of the repair. Now, my old car runs better than she has in a long time. Thanks all!
Have used IAW for some time, but after moving to Wake Forest was trying to minimize a drive and see if I could find something local… Guess What? I am back and will just make it Werk! You know they will ID what is needed and make you part of the decision. TrustWORTHY and WORTHY of trip and much more.
Full transparency great service. I left my car the evening before and they called before 10:00 the next morning having already done the inspection and with a full list of what needed to be done. I could approve or decline any item. They took care of everything on the list by the time promised and I was back on the road with my car in good order.

Brandon and the rest of the staff are amazing. They have taken care of my mini. I purchased a mini from a dealer who is not a mini dealer therefore it was not certified. I knew I was taking a chance with them but after taking it to IMW, I had no problem putting in the money to get my mini on the right track. Thanks IMW!
