Great service!
Great experience.
We take our Subarus and Audi for service here for almost a decade. Honest assessments, excellent work, excellent customer service, no price gouging. Will always will go back.
We think they’re honest, pricing beats dealership, appreciate their diagnostic checklists, they don’t suggest unnecessary work.
Beat service!
Friendly, cost effective service. Highly recommend!
I am surprisingly impressed, the folks are super polite and nice. Very professional, the lounge is great with free snacks, drinks, xbox and a TV. The quality of their work from the one experience I had with them is excellent. Above was my review from more than 10 years ago. I still get my vehicles serviced here, and I am still happy with place.
Still my new favorite BMW repair place in the greater Triangle!
I’ve had my work done here for years wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Updated 8/19/2024 We once again took our car to Import Motor Werks for two reasons: exceptional customer service and exceptional care of our car. We have been using IMW for a few years now and we drive 45 plus minutes to get there, even though there are other options for us nearer to our home. Michael is fantastic.…
Great fast service at a great price!
I would not trust anyone else with my car!
Best place to get your car serviced and repaired! Everyone there is great, friendly and knowledgeable from the ground up. Always are updated about the progress of the repair. Detailed explanation and pictures when the repair is complete. All at a fair price, what else can you ask for.
IMW took care of my Audi for a couple of years when the warranty expired, I was always happy with the timely service, accurate estimates, and keeping me up to date during the repairs. Today they went above and beyond....I needed to get a copy of an old repair record, and Tammy personally got involved to search…
Friendly professional staff with pricing that is a much better deal than not only the dealership, but is even competitive with the other indies.
I have done business with Import Motor Werks for 10 years or more. They have worked on a wide range of vehicles that I have owned (Japanese, Euro, even domestic a couple of times). They have performed a wide range of services from oil change and tires, to timing belt services and engine rebuilds. They have always…
