This our first time using your service for our BMW. And, we are very satisfied with the oil change and other services we needed to do. Very impressed at how fast all these services were done.
We always have a great experience here. Good communication from start to finish and quality work.
We take our Subarus and Audi for service here for almost a decade. Honest assessments, excellent work, excellent customer service, no price gouging. Will always will go back.
We think they’re honest, pricing beats dealership, appreciate their diagnostic checklists, they don’t suggest unnecessary work.
Outstanding service! They repaired my valve cover and changed my air filter, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work they provided. I truly appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!
2026 Update: Still the best indie garage. They work wonders and are extremely thorough. Great folks. Update: After going to IMW for the past 6 years, I only allow them to work on my cars. Michael is the best consultant you could ask for, and really goes the extra mile. People can't believe how well my family's…
I wanted to replace my oem radiator and they did research and recommend the best option for my car. Very good advice and fast service!
Great communication, honored their word on pricing for labor, even though they worked on it longer than they worked on it longer than they originally quoted me for. Easily will become my new local mechanic for our family vehicles.
Import Auto performed an engine oil change, PDK transmission oil change, replaced spark plugs, cleaned my AC evaporator, and replace my rear brake pads and rotors. I am very pleased with the expediency of the work and the price was very fair in my opinion. I’ll be a customer for life. Highly recommend this shop for your import auto maintenance and repairs.
I brought my 2015 Lexus GS350 here due to a really bad misfire in two of the cylinders, and Import Motor Werks is the absolute best. I’ve taken the car to other shops in the past, but have not been able to find a trustworthy and transparent one until now. From the initial contact to picking up my car after it was…
The team at Import Motor Werks is absolutely amazing! So helpful and only ever doing the work needed on your car. We take all of our cars there, and have never been happier!!!!
We appreciate your patience while we documented details about our 2017 Audi Q7—thank you very much!
I was kept up to date at every step… well done!
They did a very good job
Have used IAW for some time, but after moving to Wake Forest was trying to minimize a drive and see if I could find something local… Guess What? I am back and will just make it Werk! You know they will ID what is needed and make you part of the decision. TrustWORTHY and WORTHY of trip and much more.
Ease making appointment, terrific loaner for a day and through review of where vehicle is at the moment (meaning suggestions for future maintenance) - thanks as always!
As usual, work was done as planned, on time, and for estimated cost.
I’ve had my work done here for years wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Full transparency great service. I left my car the evening before and they called before 10:00 the next morning having already done the inspection and with a full list of what needed to be done. I could approve or decline any item. They took care of everything on the list by the time promised and I was back on the road with my car in good order.
Updated 8/19/2024 We once again took our car to Import Motor Werks for two reasons: exceptional customer service and exceptional care of our car. We have been using IMW for a few years now and we drive 45 plus minutes to get there, even though there are other options for us nearer to our home. Michael is fantastic.…
No one else is trusted to take care of my car. Well run and excellent techs.
Friendly efficient service
Great experience, my 1999 Porsche runs better than it has ever run in my ownership. Very pleased with thier service every visit, but especially this one. The car is running better than new. Wow. Thank you
Excellent communication and work done as agreed and in a highly professional way. Thanks
I would not trust anyone else with my car!
Always great friendly service!
Always a great experience taking my car to Import Motor Werks
Quite happy. Thanks!
Good price and Great customer service and communication. Micheal makes sure you are informed! Was not easy putting my 2021 Porsche 718 GTS in the hands of someone outside the dealer.
Always professional
Always do a great job servicing my Audi A3. Highly recommend!!
Outstanding service as always.
Always good service in my experiences…
IMW took care of my Audi for a couple of years when the warranty expired, I was always happy with the timely service, accurate estimates, and keeping me up to date during the repairs. Today they went above and beyond....I needed to get a copy of an old repair record, and Tammy personally got involved to search…
I have used Import Motor Werks for many years. I have always been happy with their fast service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them to any foreign car owner!
IMW recently took care of some larger maintenance items, new tires, alignment, and window tinting for my Cayenne. Prices were definitely better than the Porsche dealer. So was the service. Michael kept me apprised of the status throughout - I really appreciated that. I like their online interface for reviewing the…
I can't recommend these guys enough. I brought my 1998 BMW 328i (E36) in for what I thought was a brake system issue (shaking during braking) and it turned out to be much, much deeper than that. Brakes were fine, but the suspension and other elements of my car were having major issues. Roy called me and gave a…
These folks are awesome! I had an emergency situation while passing through Raleigh. They told me to come in, checked my car out and got me on my way. Great service and value.
Took my Cayenne in for some warranty work following IMW replacing my Transfer Case. Brandon went out of his way to make sure the job was taken care of correctly by consulting with a Porsche rep and putting me in a loaner for the duration of work. This was over Thanksgiving and I was traveling so it was greatly…
I was having issues with starting my car thought it was my alternator but when I called the gentleman over the phone was extremely personable and helped me figure out whether it was my alternator or battery over the phone saving me a tow truck bill between the level of professionalism and quality of service and…
