Fixed coolant leak issue which they identified by pressure test. Issue is resolved now. I am happy with the service & looking ahead work with them.
This our first time using your service for our BMW. And, we are very satisfied with the oil change and other services we needed to do. Very impressed at how fast all these services were done.
Extremely pleased with the entire engagement experience. My input for service was quickly acknowledged and quoted via VM. The service itself was fantastic and the billing appropriate, fair and communicated with trust. Certainly will be back!
We always have a great experience here. Good communication from start to finish and quality work.
We take our Subarus and Audi for service here for almost a decade. Honest assessments, excellent work, excellent customer service, no price gouging. Will always will go back.
The service was great from the start; all the staff were very friendly and professional. Plus, my car was repaired on time. I'll definitely schedule my future car maintenance appointments with them again.
2026 Update: Still the best indie garage. They work wonders and are extremely thorough. Great folks. Update: After going to IMW for the past 6 years, I only allow them to work on my cars. Michael is the best consultant you could ask for, and really goes the extra mile. People can't believe how well my family's…
I wanted to replace my oem radiator and they did research and recommend the best option for my car. Very good advice and fast service!
Very professional and courteous.
Import Auto performed an engine oil change, PDK transmission oil change, replaced spark plugs, cleaned my AC evaporator, and replace my rear brake pads and rotors. I am very pleased with the expediency of the work and the price was very fair in my opinion. I’ll be a customer for life. Highly recommend this shop for your import auto maintenance and repairs.
I brought my 2015 Lexus GS350 here due to a really bad misfire in two of the cylinders, and Import Motor Werks is the absolute best. I’ve taken the car to other shops in the past, but have not been able to find a trustworthy and transparent one until now. From the initial contact to picking up my car after it was…
The team at Import Motor Werks is absolutely amazing! So helpful and only ever doing the work needed on your car. We take all of our cars there, and have never been happier!!!!
I took my VW in for an oil change and to diagnose an oil leak. Through the process Import kept me up-to-date, adhered to their promised timing, and provided a loaner car for the duration of the repair. Now, my old car runs better than she has in a long time. Thanks all!
I had an oil change done on my 2007 BMW 335i. While they were doing that, they did a courtesy check of the vehicle and told me several areas of concern. I appreciate that and the fact that I did not feel pressured by them to spend more than what I was expecting. I was presented with my options and told they are…
Excellent help from Daniel setting up the diagnostics and needed repairs, and excellent workmanship from Matt in getting the repairs done on time and to high quality standards! The IMW team is a high functioning company! It was my first time and I'm definitely coming back!
Excellent customer service with detailed inspection/overview/explanation. The waiting room was very comfortable and at the end they gave thorough future recommendations of suggested repairs.
I found Import Motor Werks through a quick Google search, and decided to give them a try based off of their reviews. This company is no joke! The customer service was out of this world! I could have taken my Mini Cooper to the dealership, but I'm glad I didn't because Import Motor Werks didn't push additional…
Great experience for our first BMW service. Will definitely be back and recommend Import Motor werks to others.
As usual, work was done as planned, on time, and for estimated cost.
I’ve had my work done here for years wouldn’t go anywhere else.
My wife and I have been trusting our German cars to Import Motor Werks for over a decade. They are trustworthy and do a very good job. I also appreciate the ability to get a loaner car while they service my car.
Full transparency great service. I left my car the evening before and they called before 10:00 the next morning having already done the inspection and with a full list of what needed to be done. I could approve or decline any item. They took care of everything on the list by the time promised and I was back on the road with my car in good order.
Updated 8/19/2024 We once again took our car to Import Motor Werks for two reasons: exceptional customer service and exceptional care of our car. We have been using IMW for a few years now and we drive 45 plus minutes to get there, even though there are other options for us nearer to our home. Michael is fantastic.…
No one else is trusted to take care of my car. Well run and excellent techs.
Import Motor Werks have been my team for my BMW needs. Mike (Customer Rep) keeps me informed of any issues that arise. My experience with Mike has always been that of humble professionalism. The prices are fair and middle ground in comparison to other local German-specific auto shops and they offer the wonderful…
Excellent communication and work done as agreed and in a highly professional way. Thanks
I would not trust anyone else with my car!
Always great friendly service!
The team at Import Motor Werks is wonderful! I've been going to them for years, and they keep my cars in outstanding condition at a reasonable cost. They have great attention to detail, clear communication, and offer solid advice. Highly recommend!
These folks care about your auto! I was so nice to feel confident in the repair, pricing, care going forward. Give it a try!
Always a great experience taking my car to Import Motor Werks
Good price and Great customer service and communication. Micheal makes sure you are informed! Was not easy putting my 2021 Porsche 718 GTS in the hands of someone outside the dealer.
Very transparent every step of the way.
This is the only place I’ll take my car. Great service. I like the fact they send photos of the potential need for service on areas of the car that they recommend. It’s a non pressure approach. Fair prices as well.
Satisfied with work. They always do a good job.
It was a very pleasant experience. everyone was very courteous. The work was completed on time. I would recommend highly.
As usual, excellent quality service.
Brandon and the rest of the staff are amazing. They have taken care of my mini. I purchased a mini from a dealer who is not a mini dealer therefore it was not certified. I knew I was taking a chance with them but after taking it to IMW, I had no problem putting in the money to get my mini on the right track. Thanks IMW!
IMW recently took care of some larger maintenance items, new tires, alignment, and window tinting for my Cayenne. Prices were definitely better than the Porsche dealer. So was the service. Michael kept me apprised of the status throughout - I really appreciated that. I like their online interface for reviewing the…
Never had an auto shop call and thank me for my service on Veterans Day. I appreciate it.
From day one, Brandon and the team were phenomenal! Took a deliberate approach to providing me comprehensive diagnostics for my BMW. Brandon was very honest and upfront about the extent of the repairs and along with the associated costs. Helped me game plan repairs according to immediate priority. Import Motor Werks…
Unfortunately, we stopped going to Import Motor Works (IMW) because the level of service we received has declined over the past 2+ years for the following reasons: (1) They did not always complete the work in the way that we requested it (2) They used knock-off/cheaper parts which created other problems that did not…
I absolutely lucked into the opportunity to buy a very low miles 2008 E350. It needed a Pre Purchase Inspection and a few other minor things that I knew about. What was truly stunning was not only the communication and professionalism I got from Daniel but also they came back with a detailed report of things this…
Couldn't recommend this place high enough! I brought my BMW in in need of several repairs: oil pan gasket leak, bad engine mounts, bad thrust arm brushings to name a few. Not only did I save a ton of money by coming here over the dealership, but they bundled services together so I wouldn't pay double for labor. I…
I have done business with Import Motor Werks for 10 years or more. They have worked on a wide range of vehicles that I have owned (Japanese, Euro, even domestic a couple of times). They have performed a wide range of services from oil change and tires, to timing belt services and engine rebuilds. They have always…
Service was fine until I had to deal with Tammy.. Very unprofessional and condescending
Professional and competent work to keep you car humming.
