Would rate 0 if I could. Received statement for quarterly service and details of tasks performed. Unfortunately no tech stepped foot on property. Cameras front, side and back had no tech activity. Wife home all day. Waste of money. Maybe a refund for quarterly charge would be appropriate

Ken Lockman did a great job for us. Talked about how to handle the traps and what kinds of bait there is. Also, he put bait behind the walls in outlets and no one has ever mentioned doing that before. I feel confident that the critters will go away now.
