During the process I called it multiple times and their answer was we do not spray there and they…

Ken Lockman did a great job for us. Talked about how to handle the traps and what kinds of bait there is. Also, he put bait behind the walls in outlets and no one has ever mentioned doing that before. I feel confident that the critters will go away now.
We have had Maurice several times for service. When we hear he his on his way, we know he will get the job done. Very informative, sharing his knowledge and research on why he uses what he uses. Because of his previous service for ants, he told me key points to look out for when finding the ants source. I was able…

Joel came out to my house today and not only did he do a great job with all the perimeter work, he was able to answer quite a few questions that I had. Thank you Joel! And thank you Insight you're a great company.
Gabriel was very professional in all aspects. He let me know ahead of the time when he’ll arrive, explained his work in great detail, and answered all my questions. I was very happy with his professionalism and his service.
Quick response to my call, same day.
Isaac did a great job.
Joel was incredibly rude when he showed up. Basically said I wasted his time asking them to come back and treat for spiders again… they left webs, nests and hives around and the house after two treatments. Previous pest company removed everything and treated to prevent recurrence. Not to mention being nice when they…
Andrew performed his services well and is very professional and courteous during his visits to do the routine treatment on my property. He is a great asset to his company.
We’ve been using them for years and they are proactive and helpful with whatever pests come our way!

Always happy with Mark’s promptness, professionalism, and knowledge. Does a great job every time!
Overall, upon service selection, I liked the vibe and supporting a local family company. Verbal phone agreement made on price and service performance focus, on issues at hand which confidence was projected. It is fair to say, that rodent issues do take a few months to start seeing a difference. The field tech staff…
Friendly, polite, quick and thorough.

Noah was professional, arrived on time and knew what he needed to do without question. Awesome individual!
Noah completed my initial service, and he did an excellent job. He arrived very quickly, he was thorough, and he was very professional.
Mike was very informative, going over the steps for treatment. He checked under the house, sprayed around the exterior of our home and then borh sprayed & set out bait stations in the interior in those problem areas.
With all the crappy service providers and lack of customer service, this company is a huge breath of fresh air. Layton was both punctual and professional and I would welcome him to help us anytime with our pest issues.
Professional and thorough, excellent service!
