Semon was great. He was quick and efficient. He took care of some extra requests I made regarding additional work on the inside of my house when he was originally just scheduled for exterior work.
From the very first service rendered by Insight I have been extremely satisfied. My servicer Semon is an asset to this company. If anyone is searching for a highly professional company to meet your pest needs I recommend INSIGHT PEST CONTROL

Have my house treated quarterly. Does a pretty good job of keeping the bugs out. Any issues come up, and they always get somebody out soon to fix it. Frankie T. checked in with me before starting just to make sure there wasn't anything special that needed done and got the job done quick and clean.

Jacob did a great job. Helped look at some problem areas that we want to try and address. Also checked our crawlspace and did a solid inspection for any points of entry.
Jackson Turner did an excellent job! Went above and beyond taking care of a wasp problem in our hot tub. Amazing customer service, one of the best companies I’ve worked with in Seattle.
Jacob came today for my quarterly service & also laid some bait traps due to some unexpected rodent activity around my crawlspace. Always happy with the professionalism & friendliness.
We requested ants treatment since technician who came for quarterly service was not able to do it. After 5 weeks with no appointment in sight we canceled our subscription. In 2 years we had 2 requests, first time we waited two months for wasps nest removal, now we didn't get appointment after 5 weeks.
Jacob was polite, efficient, and affective in his work.
