Insight takes the worry out of pets control. Had our routine service done by Calum today! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It always puts my mind at ease when that routine service comes up. It’s an easy set it and forget it package that keeps bugs at bay so we can enjoy the yard all year long!
Conner showed up at my house right on time. Walked around my home with me and explained everything he was going to do. Such an amazing asset for your company in this day and age. Even though it was 100+ degrees outside he stayed on task until the job was completed. My first service and was very pleased. Kudos Conner.
I have had a great experience with Cruz he’s is very efficient with his work and getting it done quickly
Dhillon and the others work very hard. They communicate well and go the extra mile. Quick to respond. Bring there very best.
Fantastic all around experience! Kind, on time (insanely on time!), knowledgeable about the various methods we could try to remove an irritatingly placed Yellow Jacket nest, sprayed the entire perimeter of the home to ensure that all other pests stay outside. Couldn't have asked for a more professional appointment, definitely recommend!
Riley is the best of the best I have experienced, from any company. He is thorough, goes the extra distance (taking down webs that are also full of cottonwood thistle), seeing things that I haven’t and taking care of them. I feel very secure under his care and would wholeheartedly recommend him and this company.

7/5/25 update: Riley came out today and addressed our spider issues, wasp issue, and ants! He made sure all our issues had new traps as we recently re arranged 3 bedrooms and did a full clean and we hadn't had them spray inside in a while because of all the kids things we opted not to. But now that the rooms were…

Gabriel is so pleasant. Even though it is early in the season he found 12 small wasp nests and removed them. I am allergic to wasp stings and that is…

I wasn’t home but if don’t see anymore spiders, we’ll know it Was a great job!
Jason and Cohen always do a thorough job with getting both the exterior and interior to eliminate spiders, ants and rats. We’ve notice the pests are greatly reduced. Thanks! We can sleep better at night knowing spiders aren’t crawling on us!

8/16/2023 - Kelsey was super friendly and responsive. When I pointed out some problem areas that needed extra attention, she explained what she would do to mitigate the problem and why it would work. I had to go back inside to get some work done, and she and her partner knocked on my door awhile later to let me know…
I especially appreciated Connor’s courtesy and professionalism.
Connor and Kelsey came by for outdoor wasp initial inspection and treatment. Great service from the call center and from the technician team. Answered all my questions, will definitely consider them for any future appointments.
I will continue to leave these guys reviews because they are awesome! Jason is typically our guy and we really appreciate him so much. He does a fabulous job every time he comes out… And because we live in a forestry area, of course problems will continue to arise. All I have to do is make a call and sometimes he’s…

Calvin was on time and very nice to deal with. Knocked on my door, introduced himself and explained to me about the services he would be providing. He answered all my questions about the products as I have large dogs in the yard He was extremely professional!
ABSOLUTE SCAM. STAY AWAY! They run promotional discounts at a monthly rate but only service quarterly. And they send kids to service your house and they STRAIGHT UP DONT DO THE WORK! And they lie to your face about it. They sent a technician over to address a wasps nest that wasn't serviced in the original service…
Excellent job!!!
Coen was great. Answered all my questions and took care of the home, and all the wasps outside! Really happy I signed up for this service. Thanks guys.

Time will tell on the effectiveness of the product but first impression and initial service were A+. Definitely…
Kasey was awesome! He was incredibly professional and diligent with his service! Kasey made sure to answer any and all questions as well as spend time listening to our specific requests and concerns. He was thorough with his assessments and treatments of our home. Highly Recommend!
Switched today to Insight because of their thoroughness. We live in a field so this may be a bigger deal for us than you. They’re more aggressive taking out rodents than our previous provider, who we liked very much, so we were quite reluctant to change. Can’t beat the guarantee and the very active approach they take to controlling our pests. Appreciated.
Kasey Great service. Kasey performed his services very quickly then took the time to explain what he had done, I’m very impressed with Kasey and Insite.
Zach came did some great work! He addressed my yellow jacket nest issue and also carried out some routine pest preventative work.

Elliot was great. Explained everything so we could understand the service. He even went in our crawl space, something I won’t do anymore. He went above and beyond terminating 2 wasp nests.
Kelsey and Austin arrived on time and ready to work. They tackled in and out at the same time. Kelsey’s inside sprayer equipment became non-functional and she was not able to complete the service today, but I was able to reach the scheduler who worked with the other teams to get us on the schedule first thing…
I have been happy with their service and have not had my annual issue with wasps or hornets since starting with Insight. Easy to use and pricing is fair. Rep TY did a great job 👍
Conner showed up on time and was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything clearly and was responsive to all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!
Adrian did a great job and was pleasant, careful with our home and efficient. The sales rep for Insight booked the appointment and service was 2 hours late without any communication, but that is not the tech’s fault. Great work but Insight could improve their scheduling and create better blocks to help technicians communicate delays with customers.
Kelsey was very professional and thorough, and she answered all of my questions.
Took care of unknown to us wasp nests - plural!

Our technician Zachary was great! He was fast and professional in accommodating our needs.

Adrian arrived on time today and I showed him some worrisome spots around the property. I showed him a wasps nest in the yard (he identified another one as well), which he took care of. He also identified pesky tree ants on the outside of the house and applied some deterrent. All this on top of the usual inspection and spider web removal. Thanks Adrian!

Very polite and informative services.
Kasey & Austin were polite and efficient. The program they recommended was very reasonable so we decided to give it a try.
This was Kendon's first time at our home. He did not disappoint! Not only did he perform the standard inspection, he found ants and a wasp nest we were not aware of. Can't say enough good about Insight's service, high recommended.
We have had previous issues with rodents and needed follow up with one trying to get in underneath the house, Jason and Zach checked the area and inserted the steel wool back in. They also saw some wasps right away and eliminated all of the nests around the house. They were friendly and efficient, and much appreciated. Thank you!
Tye, is very educated and knowledgeable and curtius very helpful in communicating and explaining what he needed to do the job of pest control person he was helpful in explaining the follow up of the next inspection very respectful of the job and the customer thank you Tye the outstanding job you done.
Dylan and Kelsey are great! Told him I didn’t want a pitch, just the facts of what I get for how much $, and he told me. Kelsey showed up a few hours later to perform the services and knocked down some wasp nests. As she put her booties on to come inside, I told her not to bother, but she insisted. Said she didn’t…
Kenden was a pro and very helpful
Connor was very courteous and professional.
Friendly and thorough!
Zach was a wonderful tech. He made sure he understood our needs and addressed them quickly. Very friendly and helpful.
Service was good, there did seem to be a bit of miscommunication between the techs and Ethan who initially set up our account. Quite a few spider egg sacks were missed when they were brushing down the eaves that are in plain sight, hopefully they won't be an issue, but time will tell. Otherwise, they were friendly and professional.
Connor did a great job he was professional and conscientious. Thank you!!
Connor was professional and very informative. Highly recommend the service
Elliot was ontime and professional. He helped me understand the infestation and how the eco friendly pesticides were applied.
Kelsey did an amazing job! She was on time, very informative, and friendly! She did great work and im so glad to have had her for our first time yesterday!!!
They didn't do what they said they would. Additionally they damaged my property. I know stuff happens but you could at least be professional and notify me Instead of hiding your damage.
Kasey did a great job and was very friendly!
Kayse was very professional. Very kind. And very clear about the process. Would use him again.
Very professional and communicative of all services provided!

Kelsey came right on time. She explained what she is going to do. She did what I asked for. She removed a lot of wasp and hornet's nests outside of the house. She sprayed inside and outside of the house for ants and spiders. She also put bait outside for rodents. She was very courteous and nice. Nice that she came to work in my home.
Extremely polite and professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of whole deal. You have a gem called Kendon, do your best to keep him
Kendon was my tech. He was professional and thorough, taking care to knock out my wasp nests, spider webs and spiders, placing yard insect control, and spraying around the house. We will get the inside of the house on another visit as we could not be home when Kendon came. He did not need to be supervised as he does his work with obvious pride.
I used Insight Pest Control recently to help control an ant infestation I was having in different areas of the house. Signing up for their service was easy. The salesman Ellohiem was super knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I was able to schedule and get the same day service for my initial treatment. Kelsey was…
