Switched today to Insight because of their thoroughness. We live in a field so this may be a bigger deal for us than you. They’re more aggressive taking out rodents than our previous provider, who we liked very much, so we were quite reluctant to change. Kasey and Connor were great and personable. I've used Axiom historically and haven't gotten the same level of service. It also seems like Insight uses more products than Axiom did as well. I'm excited to see if the treatments work While the service was great, the 8 o' clock PM knock on the door from the salesman…
We’ve had recurring wasp nests and ant onslaughts for a couple years now. Elliot was knowledgeable, very thorough and a very nice guy! Looking forward to much better experience as the weather gets warmer this year!
Insight is so responsive and friendly! I appreciate them going the extra mile to take care of our place!
We do approve of the Insight Pest Control. SERVICES. We now know Zak as service agent. His work is very helpful & he listens well, plus any suggestions..
Jason and Zach were the epitome of professional and personable. They explained what they were going to do and then at the end gave a recap of everything they did and found. Very thorough.
Very pleasant and helpful
Insight was very responsive and communicative, as was the technician when he arrived at the house. I was not on site, but he contacted me twice and let me know exactly what he found, and what he did.
Connor came by today at the time that I signed up for. That to me is very important because it's the first impression and shows your professionalism and commitment to your word. He greeted me and walked me step by step through his plan and encouraged me to voice my concerns if I had any. Once we discussed the…
Zack and Jason were great! Their knowledge about the product was refreshing. First thing, they asked me about my pets and took all the precautions needed to keep us all safe. We will keep using this company!
4/21/2023 via door to door sales I was offered Insight Pest services. I'm not a fan of D2D but the 2 young men were super professional and I genuinely needed this service. Cost was acceptable so I set it up. The next day at precisely the time set up Eliott the tech showed up. Equally as professional and friendly.…
They were patient while dealing with of all our questions, friendly and quick to get right to work. They had the first treatment done just a couple hours after the knock on the door to tell us about their service. Most of all they heard wete we stood financially and met us at a price we could commit to.
Super nice guys!
Kendon was very professional. Did a good job. I highly recommend.
Great service. Tyson is highly professional, and I appreciate his service!
Calum came to the rescue by providing quality and professional services. I showed him where holes were and where the rodents may have been, and he immediately followed-up with patching the holes with Insight's Solutions and traps. He was on time, very good attitude and quite pleasant.
My name is Mitchell and I work with Service Team of Professionals, we are very pleased with the services provided by the Insight Pest Control team. Great value. And Jason had superior customer service skills.
Jason from Insight does an incredible job. He’s through, careful and always asks if we have special concerns we want addressed. And he’s fun to work with!

Jordan was courteous, professional, friendly, and showed good attention to detail. Happy to use Insight's service again!
Great Service as always. My most recent service was with Jason. He asked leading questions about current issues we were experiencing with bugs and spiders and was able to navigate the Halloween decorations. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
Mike Hurst did an amazing and thorough job for us. He was also great dealing with our overly excitable Boxer. Thank you Mike!
Jordan Smith (wsda#100572) did a great job of removing spider webs & spraying the perimeter of our house. Upon my request, he also moved the black rat box to a new location. 👍🏼Thank you Jordan for your help, we’ll see you in 90 days.
Jacob and David were extremely helpful and personable. Jacob did an amazing job in answering my many questions about the service, potential home areas needing attention, and possible correction courses. Jason came out today on short notice to help us with an insect issue in a workshop area & he took care of it right away! We also had him check for mice in the house where he found their entry point, set more traps and installed a bate trap outside to ensure they don’t start nesting in the attic as the weather gets colder. Overall 10/10.
Jason was friendly, informative and efficient! Thanks Jason!
Jason was very nice, on time, thorough... Addressed the problems he could. The raccoon may have been out of his league, but he ensured that it couldn't get back under the house, so still a win.
We are a new restaurant, and after one phone call Collin set us up with a new account and service call in less than a week. Jason came this morning and quickly and efficiently sprayed and protected the restaurant professionally. Thank you Insight for your service. Great Job Team. G.M @ La Villa Grill & Bar

He made sure to announce his arrival (since we have dogs) so that we could properly contain our dogs to be out of his…
Good company, nice technician, gave a four star rating because of the difficult initial meet up. I'll continue to use them though.

I would 100% recommend insight to take care of any unwanted guests in your home or on your property. And the best part about this company is they use pet friendly Solution so nothing that they lay down or spray can harm your animals. I bought a used TV that came with unwanted Guest. My children and myself were…

Jason was very nice and did a complete job.

JASON IS THE MAN! YOU ROCK! Jason was ontime, very professional, educated us on the process and explained everything as he was doing. He used stuff that is not toxic to kids, animals and plants. I would definitely recommend Jason to my family and friends. He would be the guy to trust. Thank you so much for the great service.
Always very nice people who come and do our services. Only flaw is the scheduling, they give you a date and if that doesn’t work for you it’s very hard to love that date. But other then that they are great. Eric was our last service technician and he was very friendly and really went out of his way to ask/and resolve and issues we had.
Such a great company to work with, they are all very nice and helpful. Jason arrived on time. Explained everything to us and kept it very professional. I would 100% recommend them! Thank you so much.

Calum did a great job and made sure I understood the strategy and what to be looking for going forward to avoid any pest problems.
10/10, A++++, five stars. Seriously, the tech who treated my house today, Jason, was so nice, and the sales guy who knocked on my door (Tyler?) RODE A SEGWAY and was super friendly and answered all of my questions. Both guys were thoughtful about my pets, not at all judgmental about the state of my house, and made a…

I was pretty worried to find evidence of a rodent in my crawlspace. Justice came out and explained everything he would be doing and even followed up once the service was complete so I knew what he had done and what to expect. Very thankful!
We love working with Josh! Before we started, I had a ton of questions about the process and materials used. Honestly, I was very skeptical. A neighbor told us that they liked Insight and I found Josh parked outside their home and asked him a ton of questions. He was so informative and empathetic that he gained our…
All the employees that I meet were very friendly and professional. I wish they were more transparent about their pricing. What I was told would be a quarterly charge, ended up being a monthly charge.
Jason was on time, professional, quick, made sure all concerns were addressed, and also a great guy to chat with! I appreciate Insight Pest Control offering very reasonable rates and a guarentee that if I notice pests in the future, they will schedule and send a technician to help me out, along with quarterly visits.
Thanks Eric and Justice
The tech was very professional and did a thorough job with our mice problem Thank you!
Zachary was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions without hesitation. He walked us Thru all the steps. Offered solutions. Hopefully it all works. Thank you
I didn’t think anyone would come out on an inclement weather day but Zak came out 2 hours later. He took care of my unexpected ant problem in my kitchen and check my rodent traps and set them out again. Notice rodent burrows in front yard and put out a bait box for them. Also did the quarterly maintenance around the…
Josh was very professional, he came out as we had not caught the rat that was in our home a couple days after the first person set out sticky traps. Josh switched out the sticky traps with spring loaded traps as well as found where the rat was located. He waited until the rat trapped itself and then removed it from…
Josh has been here many times since we've had insight, very nice and happy to go the extra step to make sure we are satisfied!!
Eric did a great job. He gave me a text to check and see if I had any concerns while I was out and took care of all my concerns. I appreciated the extra effort to check-in with me.
Love this company. Josh is the first technician (from many OTHER pest companies we’ve had in past) that was personable, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure my ant problem was fixed. Highly recommend.
This is a very reliable service. The technicians are prompt and professional. They will investigate any issues I may have.

Eric has been tremendous! He’s been out to our house for a few visits now and is always friendly and thoughtful. He’s become a favorite visitor of our dog Jake! We’ve been very pleased with Insight so far and Eric is the main reason.
Eric was attentive and very considerate though I wish he could protect himself and others better during the pandemic by wearing masks at all times. His company, Insight, should provide all its employees safety masks that are comfortable and effective.
