Kenny was thorough and professional during the service. He informed me the type of service that will be done today and asked if we require any service inside the house. He reminded me that I can always call, in case we needed additional treatment.
Appreciate the timely service and handling everything he said he would do. Would highly recommend again!

Joe is fabulous. He always calls when he get here to make certain our dog is inside . He is thorough, professional and really knows his stuff. Recently we have had issues with moles and he spent a lot of time on that. My husband went out to see what he was doing and they talked the whole time. Joe is a great educator as well.
3 weeks ago I was attacked by a swarm of yellow jacket bees. I ran my lawnmower over a hole in the ground near an old growth stump in my yard and a few seconds later, I was bitten and stung by numerous bees. Today Insight Pest Control came out for my 12 week service and sprayed the nest and dug out the hive.…

Ryan (the technician) came by today for the first appointment and spent extra time explaining the service and answering a myriad of questions that I had about the service and what it entailed, when they would be back, and animal safety. He took care of everything in an efficient manner and explained everything he…
Thank you Will B and thank you Chris! I was talking with my neighbor about the bugs this year and they told me they have "bug service". I kinda laughed it off and thought bugs are a part of living in the PNW. You can't get rid of them! Then wouldn't you know it! A few days later I get a knock on the door and…
I met Samantha in my neighborhood and she exchanged her company details. I spoke with Chris by phone and he sent the manger JJ out the next day. These guys know there stuff and offered specific options for my needs. Logan has been doing our services for over a year now. He has gone above and beyond for us and we have definitely not made his job easy. If for any reason within the time you sign up you decide you want to cancel, you have to pay them hundreds of dollars to cancel! Absolutely ridiculous policy. In addition, after two services with this company we noticed no…
