We got a new build inspection for peace of mind and we are glad that we did! Integra found multiple items that would have cost us more money had we discovered it on our own down the road. Now, our builder can fix it before we close. We appreciated the communication throughout the process and the detailed report. Highly recommend!
I could not be more thankful for this inspection - it was high quality, yet was not hard to understand, and included video content. This type of thorough coverage is exactly what my partner and I were looking for as we prepare to be first time home owners. Thank you! I recommend for anyone looking for a quality inspection.

Todd with Integra Inspection Services was amazing. He was very efficient in getting me the report in the same day. As a first time home buyer and someone who is not the most “mechanically inclined” ( I had a 103 GT score on the ASVAB if that tells you anything) Todd’s report was extremely easy to understand. Todd…
