Installation of water heater was efficient and timely.
Jose and Benedicto were very professional, excellent in their work. I highly recommend IRBIS for HVAC needs
We had our old HVAC replaced with a new heat pump by IRBIS. We had a great experience starting from initial quote from Raymond to actual installation by Sergey and Ilias. They were courteous and punctual and clean. They did a great job ! Highly recommend them !
Ezequias and Anthony Sanchez were great technicians/installers, and pleasant to work with. High quality work, they explained everything well, and had great customer service. Every step of the job was great, and their techniques were precise. True professionals. I would recommend them to everyone.
Out installers Jose and Benedicto did a fantastic job replacing our gas furnace with a heat pump. It was a 4-day job. The guys took care of everything and system is up and running flawlessly.
We recently had IRBIS install a new heat pump system and a heat pump water heater, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. A special shout out to the heat pump team — Christian Palomino and Alexander Lopez — and the water heater team — Rigoberto Rosales and Anthony Sanchez. Both…
Latest update After few months didn't anything from the company, they finally reached out near end of April and sent out a technician to fix the water hose and pipe within a week. They also came back to service the system and replaced my filter. They also pointed out there is a water leak on my main and sent the…
IRBIS did a great job installing the split-type air conditioning system in my house. Communication was great, and the entire process was easy and smooth. A+++
We had Air conditioning maintenance work done by technician- Ivan Avila and he has done extremely satisfactory work.
Christian and Laki were exceptional from start to finish. They arrived promptly and handled the installation of our new HVAC system with great professionalism and a hardworking, polite attitude. After completing the work, they took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured the entire system was functioning…
Rudy helped diagnosed what was wrong with my rental property which was a duplex. He came on time and was very patient to figure out what's wrong with the heat pump system. He did a good job.
The technician who came, Dominic Corriere did a great job inspecting and cleaning our heating and cooling systems. The detailed explanation of what was done was really helpful.
Clear explanations. On time. Excellent text alerts. Christian was out for service on Rheem heat pump water heater. He's always thorough with helpful suggestions.
Scheduling, communication, reminders, staff service, clean-up after each day, explanation of operation, all done excellently. I felt fortunate to have chosen Irbis as my heat pump hvac contractor.
IRBIS HVAC has professional and courtesy staffs to get the job done perfectly. I like the most is they have skilled staffs to file rebates for customers to make the service excellence a mile further.
Christian, performed excellent service on my hvac. Took care of all my concerns.
I had a great experience with Irbis replacing the AC and furnace. Santiago Corona and Jose Cabrera came to our house and were very professional throughout the installation process. They always make sure they put on shoe gloves when entering the house and always clean up afterwards. Definitely a great experience. Highly recommended!
We had Uvis come and install an energy efficient heat pump system. They were awesome. They were in and out in two days. Everything was done with permits and inspections, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Prompt, friendly, good explainer, thoughtful service. Great job!
First worked with IRBIS a few years back to get my old AC serviced which itself was pretty comprehensive and complete. That old AC had acted up after about almost 20 years of regular use, especially the last few years. Came time to take on the expensive replacement project but out of all the estimates, IRBIS made it…
