Very responsive & communication was great. Bahruz, the technician, was polite and explained things well. Work was professionally done.
Each tech was outstanding and worked hard to resolve our a/c issues (inherited from another installer). Couldn’t ask for better service or a more reasonable fee.
Always so happy with Irbis. This time it was a water heater replacement. The guys worked hard, explained everything really well and left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Will always call them first
i had a heatpump and air handler installation which included demolition of the traditional AC/furnace system. the 4 technicians were very skillful and professional and courteous. They were able to finish the job in 8 hours

IRBIS installed a new furnace and A/C Condenser in my house and they work great! Work was completed without issue over 3 days. Only minor complaint is that I was initially told it would only take 1-2 days.

We recently had our air conditioning system replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Our old unit could have been repaired, but the team took time to thoroughly explain all our options, including the benefits of a new system, without ever making us feel pressured. From beginning to end, they were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely thorough. They patiently answered every question and made sure we felt comfortable with the decision. The installation was completed efficiently, and they left our home spotless. A very special thank-you to Eduardo, Mr. Ramos, Ezequias, Javier, Johan, and Jorge for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. I had a bad kitchen drain clog and Christian came out last week and he did a great job clearing it out for me! He was punctual and professional and I was very happy with his work. I have had issues with this before and have had other plumbers come out, charge me twice what I paid to Irbis and the problem continued to exist. I will definitely be calling Irbis back in the future when I need service!
