We recently had IRBIS install a new heat pump system and a heat pump water heater, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. A special shout out to the heat pump team — Christian Palomino and Alexander Lopez — and the water heater team — Rigoberto Rosales and Anthony Sanchez. Both…

Scheduling, communication, reminders, staff service, clean-up after each day, explanation of operation, all done excellently. I felt fortunate to have chosen Irbis as my heat pump hvac contractor.
IRBIS HVAC has professional and courtesy staffs to get the job done perfectly. I like the most is they have skilled staffs to file rebates for customers to make the service excellence a mile further.

First worked with IRBIS a few years back to get my old AC serviced which itself was pretty comprehensive and complete. That old AC had acted up after about almost 20 years of regular use, especially the last few years. Came time to take on the expensive replacement project but out of all the estimates, IRBIS made it…

I'm giving this company 4.5 stars not 5 olny because, I noticed a lack of communication within the company to their employees. I also believe they should have come out and explained what they were going to do and what the job entailed before the day of the job. But all in all, at the end I was so impressed, with…

When my dental office's A/C stopped working during the summer, our manager at the time first called the original company who installed the unit, over 20 years ago. Their technician kept putting off the appointment, charged us $500 to "fix" the issue, only to have it malfunction again in 2 weeks. Reluctantly, the…
