Rodrigo came and quickly showed the system is running fine
Each tech was outstanding and worked hard to resolve our a/c issues (inherited from another installer). Couldn’t ask for better service or a more reasonable fee.
Entire IRBIS team, the sales, the project team and the technicians were very knowledgeable and very polite. They have handled the whole project to replace our HVAC system very well. They also helped me in following up with HOA on required documents for architectural approval. I highly recommend IRBIS for any HVAC related repairs and new installations.
Pablo, Jose and Fernando did a terrific job and finished the job in 2 days. I will refer IRBIS for HVAC services!
I am updating my review and increasing my satisfaction rating. After I updated my previous review and downgraded my overall satisfaction, Tim, the owner, reached out to me directly to discuss my concerns about the installation and service. He explained that top-quality service is always IRBIS's priority, and they…
Pablo and Jose installed a new AC unit in my apartment. They were fast and efficient and I highly recommend IRBIS!
Had great experience having our house's ductwork replaced and new heat pump installed by IRBIS. Great thanks to comfort advisor Matthew for his thoroughness during initial inspection and the patience of handling our questions and adjustments. Also thanks to the project team: Hilal, Sofia and team for clear…
The whole Irbis team was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish for our whole system project being abatement, new hvac system with duct work & attic insulation. We got a few quotes & weren't sure we'd be able to do as the financing is so high with most companies, but IRBIS surpassed all expectations and…
Bahruz was very professional and expert. He quickly diagnosed this issue, got parts and fixed it quickly. I am sitting in nice AC because of his visit. Thank you Bahruz. Because of my experience today I will use IRBIS again. He also helped me get an appointment for a plumber that I need for a different issue at home. IRBIS is amazing
Bahruz was fantastic! He showed up right on time, was extremely friendly and professional, and got our AC repaired quickly. He was clean, respectful of our home, and had a great attitude throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. I…
Excellent, professional service! Jonathan came out to help me with a refrigerant leak, and he was amazing! He was upfront about the scope of the problem, walked me through the various options in a clear and understandable, and was very thorough in fixing it. I will definitely be calling him again!
Christian showed up early for the job. He did his inspection of our system, told us what was wrong and fixed the problem. He explained the problem in ways we understood and gave us some options to help the life of our A/C. Good price and thanks Christian and IRBIS.
The technician Christian Lopez did an excellent and extensive maintenance job on our home. He communicated well and was honest and hard-working. Can't say enough good things about Christian and the work he and his company Irbis did for our home's heating/cooling systems. Thanks so much!
Irbis came and diagnosed a recurring problem that turned out to be a condenser return line that was the wrong size for the compressor (mistake during an installation a few years ago). Repair was spot on and the unit runs fine with much better performance. We're very happy.
Quality service by Ivan. He found the gas leak in our furnace that PG&E couldn't find. He didn't have the proper tools on initial inspection but another was quickly scheduled. He quickly fixed the leak. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions. He is a clean worker, very efficient and pleasure to work with.…
My technician Almaz was phenomenal. I have had multiple technicians from other companies come out previously who were unable to identify the problem. Almaz was able to properly diagnose the problem within 20 minutes. Just as importantly he was friendly and professional. I enrolled in a service plan due to the trust…
Our old gas furnace/AC setup finally died, and IRBIS HVAC handled the full switch to a heat pump system. The original installation (done before we bought the house) was botched, so this wasn't a simple swap - they had to redo sections of ductwork and move the unit up to the attic. Once Rigoberto and his team…
We highly recommend IRBIS for your next project! We had a wonderful experience hiring them to replace our ancient, inefficient gas heater with a modern heat pump. From start to finish, Jorge and Alberto were amazing. They were incredibly timely and did a fantastic job of communicating daily progress and how each…
I can't say enough great things about IRBIS HVAC and especially Jonathan. We originally had another HVAC company service our AC, but less than three weeks later it stopped cooling again. Getting help from that company was frustrating - they were extremely difficult to work with, so we decided to get a second…
I reached out regarding a problem with our furnace on yelp and IRBIS was one of the companies who reached out. They were patient, helped with accommodating my schedule, and sent out an expert (Johnathan) to diagnose the furnace. Johnathan was very detailed and thorough in his inspection and methodically identified…
The IRBIS technician, Almaz, was super helpful, fixed our issue, explained everything clearly. Service was reasonably priced as well.
I had a very old air conditioner stopped working so I hired IRBIS came over to install a new heat pump to replace the old furnace and air conditioner. The team is very skilled and professional to do the job. They installed new equipments very carefully and did a clean afterwards. A trustful worth contractor and carrier authorized dealer/service company.
Ivan was very professional and patient with all questions that I had. He walked me through the root cause of our AC and provided a professional fix within committed time. To me I appreciate Ivan’s great communication of the whole process and cost. I will recommend Ivan to all my friends that need AC help.
Had the most pleasant experience with IRBIS. Ethan was on time, super polite and professional and took extra care to make sure the inspection was done right. Couldnt recommend them more
Christian is the best! Very patient with all my questions and it’s clear he really cares about doing the right thing, not just the cheapest or fastest. I hope to hire him for all my hvac needs in the future!
We recently had IRBIS install a new heat pump system and a heat pump water heater, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. A special shout out to the heat pump team — Christian Palomino and Alexander Lopez — and the water heater team — Rigoberto Rosales and Anthony Sanchez. Both…
IRBIS website details of the company’s services including plumbing and electrical are detailed and seemed to good to be real. It's is all real and simplified our needs...that we only need the one company. My husband and I are exceptionally satisfied with our first IRBIS home services and inspection. Our technician,…
Irbis has been very reliable and the technicians are great. Jonathan recently completed a troubleshooting/leak detection process for my Fujitsu Mini/Split & Heat pump system. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in one day, he even let us use his portable AC units to cool our house while our system was off. Overall…
I had a great experience with IRBIS especially with Eduardo L-G as he was able to diagnose the root cause after detailed examinations and was even able to locate a fire hazard installed by the technician from another company. He was extremely dedicated to resolve the issue as soon as possible, completing the part…
Had our mini split services by them. Apparently our unit is one of the worst to take apart, Christian did his best and left us with the split as good as it could be without having the fan removed (we even followed the manual, couldn't remove it). He was professional and polite. I'll be more diligent about…
Engaged IRBIS to replace gas furnace and AC with electrical heat pump HVAC in 2023 and came back 3 years later to have IRBIS replace a gas water heater with an electric heat pump water heater. Work quality was excellent for both jobs, and permitting / follow-up maintenance has been easy. Technicians Andres and…
Rodolfo (Rudy) from IRBIS provided an outstanding experience during our HVAC maintenance visit today. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain how to use our system more efficiently, which was extremely helpful. While discussing indoor air quality, he introduced us to the Air Knight…
Irbis fixed our original Trane air conditioner per our request. Jonathan the HVAC technician was great to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way. Our air conditioner is working as as well as when we first purchased it quite a few years ago! I Am recommending Irbis to my friends.
Irbis got back to us right away, and even found an earlier appointment. We had our AC fixed within 3 days of making the original website inquiry. Our service technician, Rudy, was on time, very thorough, identified the issue, checked all other aspects of the unit, including the attic furnace fan, and made the repair in about 90 minutes.
Eduardo’s the best. Had a mini split that broke right before the heatwave. Eduardo came out and helped diagnose and fix the issue with a leak. He was very patient and explained what could be causing the issue. After some troubleshooting it turns out it was a leak and Eduardo worked diligently in the hot…
This was our first time using IRBIS in several years and I could have not been more impressed by the office staff and our Technician, Edwardo. He was WONDERFUL. Even though his specialty was HVAC, he was very knowledgeable in plumbing and electrical as well. It is nice to have a well-rounded technician provide…
I have a senior client,im a care giver that his Ac wasn't working on a very hot day i have called a company for a quote the price was really high, then I called IRBIS for a 2nd quote they scheduled to come right away because I have explained that it was a senior with health problems that he can't not be with out Ac…
Had Irbis drop by for a second opinion on our heater intermittent shutoff issue. Fuse had completely misdiagnosed our issue and was trying to charge us an arm and a leg for fan replacement. Jonathan Camargo and Ivan were our techs that corrected the problem and it was much simpler solution! They also pointed out a…
Our technician, Rudy, did an outstanding job addressing a vibration issue coming from our heating and cooling system outside. He was extremely thorough, professional, and methodical--making sure to check every possible cause instead of rushing through the appointment. He clearly explained what he was doing, walked…
Giving a special shout out to the folks at IRBIS HVAC especially Tim Surinsuk, Christian Palomino, Laki Fonua, Winston Reyes, Santiago and Sofia. IRBIS replaced our gas water heater and furnace with heat pump water heater and HVAC late last year. It was a major job – not only the actual replacement of the appliances…
Our 25 year old furnace stopped working abruptly so we called a couple outfits to come out to diagnose. IRBIS responded immediately and their technician did a thorough diagnosis; together we decided to replace it. We had four HVAC companies come out and were most impressed with the professionalism of IRBIS. Tim came…
Clear explanations. On time. Excellent text alerts. Christian was out for service on Rheem heat pump water heater. He's always thorough with helpful suggestions.
Great service, everyone was responsive and highly professional. big thanks to Christian P and Laki F for their work on our furnace
Dominic was professional and courteous. He found the problem, described it to me and suggested solutions and path forward. I am still waiting on the actual repair as he didn't have all the necessary parts with him, so I will update my review after that.
Top notch professionnals. Sergei and Luis did an amazing job with a heat pump conversion from a gas furnace. Clean install, like it's always been there!
Excellent job by IRBIS to upgrade our home HVAC! The project involved: (a) upgrading our electrical with smart SPAN panel (b) install new Carrier Air Handler + Heat Pump and (c) Rheems 65 gallon Hybrid Water Heater, and cutting off gas lines to make our house 100% electric. The estimate process was great, thanks…
Eduardo graciously waited on an inconsiderate tenant inorder to handle her heating issue. His patience kept an unfortunate situation from escalating and he went on to expertly replace the furnace component. I am grateful to IRBIS for the quick appointment and their all-around professionalism! Highly recommend!
On time and very professional.
IRBIS replaced our gas furnace with a heat pump and installed a Carrier air conditioner unit. The entire experience was professional—from the initial estimate and clear explanations to coordinating permits and rebates with the city. The installation went smoothly. Christian Palomino and Laki completed the work over…
Maybe I was just lucky, but when my furnace went out they sent someone out the next day and he fixed the problem quickly at a very fair cost. As a comparison, another place I tried wouldn't have come for a week and wouldn't have applied the cost of the service visit to the final price. So these guys rock.
Almazbek provides excellent service replacing the filter, making adjustments to furnace and checking the thermostat. He was courteous, thorough and professional.
Great service! Christian was punctual, professional, and fixed our heating system quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!"
Christian is very helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix it. My home is warm finally. Thanks for the help.
I'm very pleased with the service from IRBIS Systems! Rudy was thorough in inspecting our HVAC system and identified a gas leak that needed immediate attention. He was professional and efficient, providing us with quotes and several possible solutions on the spot. Rudy went above and beyond by connecting us with the…
As the weather got colder, I turned on my furnace for the first time since April, only to find it didn't work. After researching the many HVAC options, I selected IRBIS due to their excellent rating and reviews. My technician, Jonathan Camargo was awesome! My hvac air flow was suddenly stopped working last Friday. I called IRBIS and the company provided the service sameday. IRBIS replaced our failed furnace in 2022. In fact Jonathan worked on that replacement. FF to 2025 and our 15 year old A/C compressor was acting up. Jonathan was assigned to the repair. He was prompt and communicative. Made the repair and our A/C was operational again. We appreciate the IRBIS process, smooth and…
Our tech was amazing and answered all my questions. Very happy we chose IRBIS. Thank you!
First worked with IRBIS a few years back to get my old AC serviced which itself was pretty comprehensive and complete. That old AC had acted up after about almost 20 years of regular use, especially the last few years. Came time to take on the expensive replacement project but out of all the estimates, IRBIS made it…
Excellent service. Perfect debugging, with a great narration of what steps were being done, what the results meant, and what was needed to repair. Could not be happier. Air conditioning repaired in ~2 hours from start to finish.

Very detailed and complete service. Follow through as promised throughout the business.
Heater was not working. Jonathan quickly figured out it was just an electrical switch problem. Since there was no real work to be done he checked the two air conditioning units and changed the air filter in the heater. Both of these had been neglected for a long time at this house. He was helpful and professional.
I have used IRBIS few times, every time the experience has been fantastic. About a year ago Ryan serviced the request & latest was by Eduardo. Both of them were very knowledgeable, patient & professional, took their time to do a thorough job & resolving it. It was good enough motivation for me to sign up for their…

We asked Irbis to check our HVAC system and install a new thermostat. Jonathan thoroughly inspected our 9-year-old system and made several recommendations to improve performance and enhance the equipment's longevity. He installed the new thermostat, reviewing its features and assisting with its programming. Jonathan…
Eduardo was professional and thorough. He fixed the immediate AC problem and gave me a full overview of my HVAC system and laid out recommendations for a needed upgrade. Thanks.
I'm thankful we found IRBIS to help when such a big issue occurred. We had a real problematic situation where luckily it wasn't summertime yet, but we had a newborn and the AC wasnt working during a warm winter. We had initially called a different company and got quoted a very high price that left us stressed and…

William Vazquez was excellent in every sense. He was specific and understandable. I feel confident in working with him going forward.
William was our tech. He did a phenomenal job for us. Our AC wasn’t cooling enough and in these hot summer days, we were in need of quick help. William responded right away, diagnosed our issue, figured out our estimate promptly, and was able to complete our repairs the very next day. We are definitely happy with the service!
Had my AC fail. It was a 23 year old unit and it wasn’t unexpected. IRBIS (Raymond) was able to get me options the next day and I ended up replacing both the AC and the furnace with a heat pump. Fantastic service by the install crew (Daniel and Melvin). They made a lifelong customer after this.
Our AC was blowing warm air intermittently, and I tried everything to fix it myself — changing air filters, cleaning the compressor radiator, etc. I finally called IRBIS and I’m glad I did! I wish I called them sooner. Not only was Joy in the dispatch office super responsive and communicative, our tech Alonso was…
My AC stopped working, so I reached out to them. They responded quickly, scheduled an appointment the same day, and Alonso came to my place on time. They even shared a link to track the arrival on the map, which was neat. Alonso was very courteous, diagnosed the problem immediately, and helped me get the AC back up…
Good experience with IRBIS from pre sale and installation to replace the old carrier HVAC system with new furnace and AC. The quote is reasonable and transparent, not trying to include a big add up and negotiate down. I respect this a lot, personally it is a big warning if a company gave a big price tag to negotiate…
Technician was excellent, explained everything. Got the system working quickly
We had a problem that turned out to be a plumbing issue with our hot water pipe. Steven was extremely helpful and also helped us fix the safety latch on our furnace. Very easy to work with and am pleased with the experience

I would 💯 percent use this company again. I love how courteous, clean (brought booties for inside the house), professional and careful Steven L., the repair technician was. They were able to repair my system quickly!
We had our heater break down on us on a Friday morning in the middle of Winter. After quick look up on Carrier website, we found about IRBIS and contacted them. They were able to dispatch a technician same day, where everyone else was giving us appointments for following week. William came to our place, spent a…
Alonso was on time and courteous. They checked the system and allied fears
I was in a bind, because my heater went out about two weeks ago. I check the reviews and found this company to have amazing reviews. Ken, the tech. did a fine job of explaining the nature of the issue, and took required steps to address the issue. He even installed a new thermostat with no additional charge. I've been using IRBIS for regular maintenance of my HVAC system for the last two years. In the midst of a heatwave, IRBIS sent a technician team to my home the next day. William and Alphonso were on time and went straight to work, quickly identifying the problem and offering a range of solutions. In short order they had my system up and running. I’ve signed up for their maintenance plan, and will use them as my go to HVAC team moving forward.
