I engaged IRBIS HVAC to replace and install a new HVAC in May 2022. Very happy to have engaged them. Their installation is professionally done. Did a thorough clean up after the job was done! Excellent follow through until I got the City of San Jose permit. I highly recommend this company!!
Very professional. Used tech equipment to get to a deeper power issue than was not in the initial estimate and they fixed that as well.
We called IRBIS on short notice for repair services when our heater suddenly stopped working. Kenny arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem with our heater blowing cold air. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our HVAC questions patiently and gave recommendations for fixing our air flow issues.
Kenny was great, very professional, and explained everything. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the arrival was pretty late. But, once he got here, it was excellent.
IRBIS is top notch. They are responsive and easy to schedule with. The techs are always on time. Kenny did a great job today on my standard HVAC maintenance and doing a couple of repairs. I've also had Mateo and Francisco out to do work on my home's HVAC and they were also great.
